Amazing Customer Service @ Preston Smyths !!

The most fantastic level of service received at Preston Smyths on numerous occasions- First time I went in desperate to get certain Race & Rescue Disney Cars & Chloe was absolutely fantastic, really went out of her way to search the handheld. However, no luck finding them but she still spent time looking for me!! Second time was today, i phoned Preston still after the same Race & Rescue cars, i spoke to a lovely woman called Neve, again, absolutely incredible level of service !!! I asked for the same Disney cars which im searching for. She kindly took the ref numbers down of the ones i was searching for, then had a look on their system, again there were none showing as having come in.. Later on this morning, she phoned me back to say a couple of the ones i was after had infact come in, they just werent showing on their system. That is exceptional customer service as she didnt have to do that at all, she had already told me they were out of stock so she had gone above and beyond for my little boy, im so grateful to both Chloe and Neve! They are a credit to Smyths !!!! :)

the best customer service at Wigan Smyths

I have never in my life experienced such amazing customer service as what I have today at Wigan store ! Hayden was absolutely incredible I think he may be a manager and if he is I’m not surprised because he deserves it! So today I went in desperate for some cars for my little boys 4th birthday tomorrow, it was 9am and they had only just opened - he went completely out of his way opening boxes from the delivery to see if they had them! Unfortunately he couldn’t find them, so I went off to sort a refund out for something else and a few mins later he came over and said I’m glad your still here I’ve managed to find 1 of them - while stood there we found the other 2 as well!!!! So basically everything I went in for I got all because of Hayden! He had carried on looking even though he thought I’d gone! He is honestly something else ! My little boy is 4 tomorrow and this will absolutely make his birthday! I’m so grateful 🙏 please please give Hayden a massive thankyou from me forever grateful for you going well out of your way!!! I’ve been to some Smyths recently, particularly Bolton Horwich / Middlebrook and was super disappointed by various staff members - so rude and unhelpful but Wigan every single staff member I dealt with today was so incredible - I think the girl who served me was called Chloe and again she was super friendly and helpful! Thankyou!!

Not happy at all !!

Not happy at all !!! I was at Ford fair at the weekend & decided to buy a badge for my car - EVERY other stand I went to offered a discount off the normal price you would pay away from Ford fair but no not DMB graphics … just realised I’ve bought something for the exact same price I’d of paid for it on the website! Yes postage would be on top but so is petrol driving to Ford fair … so yeah exactly the same price - needless the say it’s put me off buying anything else from them now il be going to print peel & stick for everything now

not brill for exchanges

Surprisingly when you buy an item it comes super quick which is amazing, sometimes even next day but returning for an exchange is a blooming nightmare! You’d be quick just rebuying it but that would cost mote in postage and return postage!

Customer service wise they are really good! I had an issue with some leggings and they sorted it out no problem but last Saturday I returned an item for an exchange & the exchanged product has arrived today! Not the best service for exchanged I must admit ! Does put me off buying again incase I don’t like what comes

Not a good platform for selling at all

Vinted is all about the buyers rather than protecting sellers too!
I have sold some Disney cars which clearly state ‘replica’ in the title, the person didn’t read the title and has received them and put a ‘counterfeit’ complaint in. Now every single item I list is being checked! Which wouldn’t be a problem if they were checked with an hour but these are taking 4-5 days to check I have actually had 1 item take 7 days! It’s a joke! So because someone didn’t read the title I’m now being penalised for it ??

Honest Company

So I placed an impulse order last week, then realised it hadn’t really got the money this month to be buying such items as it was an expensive order - I contacted pp&s the same day and asked could I cancel it or at least cancel the main item so the price would come down, I had a reply to say the same order hadn’t been processed so I can cancel it all if I want to. That’s cracking service ! They could have quite easily said we’ve starting making the badges so can’t be cancelled but they didn’t they were honest! I have also thought other bits off this company ST badges and they are absolutely brilliant !!

Yet again ANOTHER amazing experience…

Yet again ANOTHER amazing experience following a purchase ! The customer service following a sale is incredible ! I actually wouldn’t ever hesitate buying from this company ! & I’ve even had a response on a Sunday when they are shut like come on, what company would do that! I’ve had the map on my Ford focus STE since April this year and it’s just transformed my car! I just love it ! Purchased the pops and bangs overrun yesterday and again love that! Just proper quality software and next level customer care from Jared at DS!

amazing customer service and quality products !!

I’ve got a focus ST edition and I purchased a second hand DS tuning unit - I’ve been running the maps on my car for a few months now and I have to say I absolutely love love love it!
This morning I purchased the overrun, did not expect to get the map through today although I hoped I would .. much to my amazement, it’s just come through at 6pm! Amazing service DS smashed it yet again!!!! Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this fantastic company!!!!

THE BEST SERVICE!!!

This is by far THE BEST SERVICE I’ve ever received from a company! Don’t hesitate to buy from here !!! I placed an order LAST NIGHT, in fairness to Webbs, they have a notice as clear as day on their website saying there are currently delays in shipping out & the date stated for dispatch would really be pushing it for when we needed it for as we are going away on the 10th so very risky. I contacted the shop by email to see if there was any way they could try to ship sooner rather than later to make sure it came on time && WOW just WOW I was blown away with the customer service! Stephen the store manager emailed back to say he would do his best for us && my word did he! Dispatched today like a legend so it will be here In plenty of time

Fab service !!

I’m super happy with my son’s new bed! From start to finish everything ran exactly as we were expecting ! The order was taken very professionally, the delivery drivers James & Baz were fab! They phoned me about 40 mins before arrival. Everything was just brilliant.. every bed we have bought has been from Bensons and this reminds me why :) top service thank you!!

fab service!!

Just wanted to say what an fab company this is! Easy to order, easy to communicate with! I initially ordered some plates at the weekend but realised later on that I’d ordered the wrong ones, I wanted short plates but had ordered standard, I popped an email over which I found easily on their website & they replied to confirm they could do what I wanted then sent me a payment link to pay the additional money, fab service !!! The plates arrived within the timeframe stated! Plates are brilliant !!

Leah is a true credit !!

I just wanted to write this review because I’ve been on the mounjaro pen for the last 4 months and it honestly has been a lifesaver, unfortunately I’ve made a very foolish mistake and have been ordering a repeat prescription of something from my doctor just because It had been approved by weight management services & although I’ve not been taking it, obviously it shows up on your nhs records & sadly now my prescription has been declined because 1. I didn’t declare it, purely because I wasn’t actually taking it and 2. Because it could have a reaction so completely understand why it’s been declined, it’s my fault for claiming something I’m not actually taking but the reason for the review is.. tonight I read the reason for the decline and honestly my heart sank genuinely I burst in to tears, I was shaking, I was truly distraught beyond words because this has been a lifeline for me & I’m now in touching distance from where I want to be but without this I know I won’t get there .. anyway I phoned up and spoke to Leah who really really was such a kind hearted soul and genuinely put me at ease and understood - she listened to me and just by being how she was she calmed me down. Regardless of anything Leah is a true credit to you, a real gem and I’m grateful I got through to her. This experience of getting it declined has honestly destroyed me but it’s my own fault so I can’t write a negative.
Thank you Leah. This girl really needs some form of appreciation at work & I truly hope she gets it

I can’t fault this company one bit

I can’t fault this company one bit ! I’ve been having the Mounjaro weight loss injections for the last 3 months - I ordered my first through P2U and they made the process sooo smooth ! I then ordered my second and because I’d ticked an option to say il stay on currently dose then decided to order the higher dose they questioned it with me to confirm which I wanted then issues the correct dose, just ordered my 3rd one, had a little bit of a confusing email today so I emailed them and they replied almost immediately with the info I needed! Delivery is always super fast! Approval is always fast too! As much as I trust and love this company, I do always shop round for the cheapest and best discount code to because the injections are expensive as they are but so far P2U has had cracking discount codes which has meant the injections are the same as elsewhere! Don’t hesitate to purchase from here they honestly are fabulous !!

Horrendous product and customer service ! Read and avoid!

I purchased the Dyson Airwrap Blush / Blue on the 29/12/24 and have already had a problem with it and customer service to! So I initially reported a fault with the soft smoothing brush via Dyson’s online chat on 8/4/24 (my hair is very well looked after and is very soft, so this is really poor quality for this to happen) I’d understand it if my hair was rough and knotty but it’s not! Anyway the guy on the chat was lovely but failed to mention the part for my airwrap was out of stock with no date for it due back in stock, he just sent out a link replacement and thought this would be ok without even asking! Obviously this was far from acceptable! Once it arrived I got back on chat and expressed my upset at what I had received, she then told me that it was out of stock and I’d need to keep an eye on the stock coming back in and contact Dyson AGAIN for a 3rd time when it’s in stock! No - just NO! She offered to send a whole new replacement airwrap in exchange for mine but I declined because if I wanted a different colour, I would have bought a different colour again this is just not acceptable at all!!! I shouldn’t have been able to purchase an item less than 4 months ago and now not be able to get spare parts under warranty! Customer service contacted me and offered me 25% off a new purchase from Dyson however thats nothing off the price of a new Dyson! When a product you’ve already sold me, you can’t sent replacement parts for, what makes you think 25% off a new Dyson product is acceptable? Tying me back to Dyson when I can’t even get replacements for the one I already have - it’s laughable really not to mention embarrassing ! Personally ive had a terrible first experience with my first Dyson product and first time contacting Dyson customer services - at this point I would say avoid purchasing from them, it’s not worth the money at all! Also just to add I replied to Dyson customer care Wednesday, we are now Sunday and I’m still waiting for a reply

It’s such shame because had the product not been faulty and customer service not been so horrendous I would have a completely different opinion and review !

Bad first experience

I have to say this is my first time using iamproud hair and I’m disappointed, I’ve held off writing the review because I wanted to see what customer service came back with but I’ve not heard back following my last email.

I purchased 4 items, 3 arrived undamaged but sadly the shampoo lid wasn’t fully screwed on so had leaked out quite a bit.
I took a picture but then ended up clearing my phone to make space so I deleted the picture, I complained to iamproud and they asked for a picture but unfortunately I had deleted it, I explained that and I’ve not heard back from them since.

This was a quality control issue, clearly the items weren’t thoroughly checked when being packaged or else the loose lid would have been noticed!

To have a bad experience the first time purchasing from you, product and customer service , I doubt I will purchase again

Whittles Preston is the place to go!

Can’t speak highly enough of Laura at Whittles Preston! Such a lovely, genuine person! I took my Rolex in for servicing and it was turning around within a week! Amazing service ! They did tell me 4-6 weeks to be on the safe side so it was nice surprise to have it done so quick !! There was another lady there who was also very nice, sorry I didn’t catch her name but she was Irish (I think) she was also super super lovely!
I’ve just picked my watched up and took my 2 year old son in and the ladies fussed over him which was so lovely to see ! They really made me feel so special! Thank you so so much! Whenever we want any jewellery or anything servicing now myself and my family will be coming here! Thank you xx

DIABOLICAL CUSTOMER ‘CARE’

I feel the need to review the recent correspondence I have received from cloud nine. Basically I’ve got a faulty item that has so called had a part replaced and is so called fixed but isn’t, I don’t honestly believe they’ve done anything as per my review below.
I have received an email from customer services saying ‘ I can see once you received your product back we've had not further communication from you and therefore weren't aware the problem was still occurring’ this comment I find very funny and very frustrating because I received the product back on the 18th Aug then used the product on 19th and wrote a review the same day, so the fact you say you weren’t aware just shows how poor your aftersales customer service is!!
I’m fairness to cloud nine on the email she has offered to replace the iron BUT because my evergreen iron was a limited edition this is no longer available, sorry but that’s not my problem. I purchased the evergreen because I hate standard black straighteners, if I wanted black I would o have got my husband to purchase the cheaper option in the first place and saved my hubby some money, in my opinion a like for like replacement would be an edition colour like the THE WIDE IRON PRO.
Il be honest I’m not going to reply to the email because I want to look into this further legally, this isn’t my fault. This whole situation has made me so angry now that im not prepared to just roll over and forget it. Considering how long I have owned cloud nine I feel really disrespected and clearly loyalty to the brand means nothing to this company. Personally I wouldn’t bother with cloud nine again, fully appreciate their irons are amazing when they work as they should but when they go faulty the after service is diabolical !!
