Good stuff, freight too expensive
There's a great selection of band merch, and I was very happy with the quality of the products. However, the freight was 25% of the total cost, which seemed like a lot to send two t-shirts.
70 pounds of custom fees
70 pounds of custom fees, cost more than the jacket i ordered, avoid.
Damaged order
I've orered 3 records from them.
It took over a month for the records to come and when they finally did, 2 of the records came severely damaged.
Took 3 weeks to send my items out
Took 3 weeks to send my items out after begging them. They took so long that my items then went out of stock and then had had the nerve to lie and say their parcel had been lost so got a refund on items they took too long to send out. On top of the poor customer service I then got a bill of nearly £100 of tax import. Wouldn’t order from ever again.
Disappointing
Extremely disappointed with my most recent order. I've used Impericon for years and never had an issue until now. I was told my order was delivered, but it wasn't, and when I contacted customer services I was given a run around and told there was nothing they could do because it was marked as delivered on their end. I will not be using them again.
Terrible communication
So I placed an order of a tshirt and harness. The tshirt had a 2 week dispatch warning on the product screen. I recieved an email confirming my order 24/08. By the 07/09 I still hadn't received an email notifying me of shipment and the status of my order online remained as confirmed. I decided to email customer services. They replied within 24hrs to let me know that my order was being packaged ready for dispatch. By the 12/09 I still hadn't recieved a shipped email, and so I chased again. This time it took them 5 days to respond to my email, but they did provide me with a tracking number and link to track my parcel. When I went onto the tracking I could see that the courier service, GLS/Parcel Force had already attempted delivery twice and both times failed, no cards left either time. As per policy, after 2 failed attempts your parcel goes back to depot for 7 days. I contacted customer services again to discuss possibility of a refund. I was made aware that a refund was not possible until goods were received back. Looking into the tracking with Parcel Force, it stated my parcel was now at my local Royal Mail depot. I went, and they did not have my parcel - Parcel Force did. Luckily, I have managed to obtain my parcel from Parcel Force and it will be 4 weeks tomorrow since I ordered.
I don't think I will be ordering from Impericon again. Your range of products is wonderful, I rate the items I purchased of good quality. However, the complications with not receiving order updates and being made aware of shipment within time is what deters me from re-ordering. Shout out to Tilo in customer services, without them, I'd be none the wiser and wouldn't have my parcel today.
Over two months and still no delivery
I made an order on 8th July 2025. As of 15th September 2025 I do not have my order. The value of the order was £88.95 and ironically includes a £1.99 'Priority Handling - Faster Dispatch' fee.
I have visited the Impericon webpage from multiple devices but the link to 'contact' does not work. I have no idea how I am supposed to contact this company or how I can get my money back.
To be clear I have had one email from them to confirm my order on 8th July and NOTHING since.
Bad service. Bad company.
UPDATE: Package arrived on 10th October. Zero contact, apology or explanation from Impericon. Over three months for delivery. I will never use them again.
I have ordered almost 200 euros worth…
I have ordered almost 200 euros worth of clothing over a month ago. I contacted their support multiple times about it and have only received an answer once 9 days after placing the order. They told me it would be ready to ship within 14 days. its been a month since they said this. They never respond to my emails anymore and my account appears to be deleted.

Surprise Hoodie
I love impericon, the service, the products and the deals they offer, but i was lowkey disappointed this time with my purchase (more on the personal side) since all my purchases were from the extreme metal scene and the surprise hoodie i got was from an Nu/trap metal band. Overall, I'd always recommend.
Zero customer service
Zero! Avoid this store! Non-existent customer service! I placed an order at the beginning of May, and they sent me the wrong item. Okay, it can happen to anyone to make a mistake. I contacted them repeatedly, sending several emails that went unanswered (I didn't use the wrong address). I was willing to return it and receive the correct item instead, but obviously, there was no way I was paying the return shipping costs when the mistake was theirs. I never received a response, despite their acknowledgements ("We have received your request and thank you. We will get back to you as soon as possible! We usually respond within 48 hours. ») I'm still waiting... They don't take any responsibility. I would have been interested in other items, but obviously I will never order from them again. I finally contacted my bank and stopped the payment. But I never received the right beanie I ordered.

All perfect but print quality deficient
Quick delivery & appropriately parcelled as usual. The Vinyl I ordered
is in best shape. Unfortunately the print on the shirt is not high-quality. It’s palpable by touching it, it also has a tiny spot where the print is already dissolving. I know they got other clothing in good quality but this particular one ain’t the same.
