The warehouse put stickers on the front…

The warehouse put stickers on the front of the packaging and ruined it with the adhesive. The suggestion from the seller was to scrape it off with hot soapy water, which will obviously destroy the cardboard packaging further. Absolutely disgraceful and careless.

Awful service

I paid for "express" shipping and paid my customs bill online. It took them 3 days to process my online payment, and every day they sent me messages to pay. I've called and emailed people and have done everything to prove the payment was made to get my package. Now the payment has processed three days ago, but still no package has been delivered. "Express" is an appalling joke.

Not having a free return sucks

Not having a free return policy sucks. I sent my order back for a refund over a week ago, but still nothing :(

I totally understand that return costs can be frustrating, and I’m really sorry for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, as a small independent brand, we can’t offer free returns to all our international customers. However, we do provide discounted return shipping rates with various carriers to help reduce the cost.
Regarding your return, I couldn’t find any request in your customer account. This means that you didn’t benefit from our preferential rates (?) which would have been deducted from your refund. Creating a return request also allows you (and us) to get a tracking number, which is really useful in case of any issues during transit.
I recommend reaching out to our customer service team as soon as possible at commandes@toonzshop.com with your return tracking number if you have it.
