Horrible

No feedback whatsoever, they don't respond to anything you sent them. I have a feeling my order is never going to arrive. I ordered 2 funkos in August and I still haven't even received an estimate of when I'll get them even though I've messaged them multiple times.

Their customer service is a joke

Their customer service is a joke, they react passive aggressive to your questions. I've also recently ordered some things on Black Friday and so far I've received 4 separate emails, one of which was sent today stating that some things I ordered will be delayed despite the fact that at the time of ordering they were in stock. I'm fine with it but it also annoys me that they're still sending me emails about this one week after ordering instead of just sending me my stuff.
Very annoying, just like the way they address their customers.

Alles was goed... en toen verhoogde ze hun transactie kosten...

Alsiemand die deze site veel gebruikte in het verleden kan ik wel zeggen dat ze heel betrouwbaar zijn en je krijgt altijd het product netjes binnen de 2 a 3 minuten. Maar de transactie kosten van 2,40 euro zijn heel duur(en ze zijn het echt niet waard), zeker aangezien je niet meer dan 1 artikel per keer kunt kopen dus de transactie kosten zijn 2,40 euro per paysafe kaart. Daarom gebruik ik nu GamecardsDirect.be want zij tellen maar 99 cent per transactie. Ook heeft beltegoed.nl ze mij een paar dagen geleden een kortingscode opgestuurd van 2,50 euro wat ik belachelijk vind want door de transactie kosten gaat er uiteindelijk maar 10 cent van je eigenlijke aankoop af.

Update; GamesDirect is ook duurder geworden. het enige dat je nog voor 99 cent transactie kosten kunt krijgen is een steam gift card dus is het beter om gewoon paysafe kaarten in de winkel te kopen of aan een naft station.

They tend to hide bad reviews...

They tend to hide bad reviews on products on their site. I'm a big girl and I know I am. I have no problem admitting I'm an XXl but some of their 'XXL' clothes aren't XXL at all. I ordered 2 cardigans. One was an XXL and another was an XXXL both were far too small. Although according to the size chart on the site they should've fit me perfectly. So I asked my mother who's an S/M to try them on and even she was having trouble fitting in them. So I wrote a review. Instead of posting said review on the site they replied to me in person. They said they would address the issue on their site that the sizes of this brand are very small. However we're about 2 weeks later and they still haven't addressed the issue and neither are they showing my comment and rating on their site. I did not use foul language or anything. I just wrote an assertive comment saying that I was disappointed and a little appalled by the ridiculous sizes.
And now I'm kind of disgusted that they won't even show my comment to the public.
And you know, I would've been fine if they allowed me to return my item for free but they don't. I have to pay 6 euro each time I send something back. It's not much, I know but for someone like me who sometimes really struggles to make ends meet every euro counts. Although I have to be reasonable and admit that that's not their fault... (Even though I don't see why it's not possible for them to make that happen.)

I know the sizes aren't your fault but I haven't seen one disclaimer on the site telling me that I needed to order a bigger size. In fact someone admitted that to me by mail that there was no disclaimer for that and that they were working on it. Though that's really not the point. I just brought that up to explain where I was coming from earlier cause I know you're working on resolving the issue.

I understand you're busy with attitude fest and I respect that.(mainly because I will be going. ;D) However you guys were on the other hand able to post a comment I wrote 2 seconds earlier but not this one?
Look I'm not trying to be mean or judge or whatever cause I do think that 80% of the stuff on your site is absolutely amazing and customer service has always gotten back to me asap. Delivery is also pleasantly fast even though I live in another country.
But I'm just saying what I experienced. That one comment isn't the only one of my reviews not showing up by the way there's so much more because yes, I'm one of those annoying people that reviews everything they buy.

PS: I will update this review further if the situation changes because I feel it would be unfair otherwise.

Update 17/12/2018; I was right, customer service on this site is crappy and they do hide bad reviews and then give excuses as to why.

Thank you for your review. We have been busy with Attitude Fest, that is why we haven't put your comment with the items on the website. We know that brand is small, and with most items it says on the website that we advice to take a size bigger. But my colleague hasn't come round to do so yet. We will. Don't you worry.
