The website is great with a great selection of products. Ordering was easy and found exactly what i wanted. Lead times on website are completely wrong! the lead time for what i ordered was 14 days ...... my order actually took nearly 4 weeks to arrive! had i of known that it would be this long i would have ordered elsewhere. When i called to enquire about my order the first time after 2 weeks the lady was very rude and spoke to me really abruptly. The second time i called after 3 weeks the lady was great and couldn't have been nicer so i guess customer service is hit and miss. The actual product itself looks and feels like great quality and i am happy with it now it has arrived. Had to remove stars because of the points raised.

Brilliant service. Amazing follow up communication too. Delivery was prompt and honestly cant fault any part from order to delivery. Will definitely use this company again.

Absolutely brilliant. The campaigns are always perfectly matched and it gives you the chance to try new things. Whats not to love! Just need to take some time to review products and voila.

First machine turned up cracked and was leaking, replacement sent........ Second machine turned up with a massive split in it leaking loads........... Third machine sent out and literally has a hole in the bottom of it! The missing chunk of plastic is not in the box so this has not been damaged in transit! do they not check their products before sending them out? AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Absolutely fuming! Paid extra to a company to get next day delivery...... 2 days later and nothing! The company have handed to DPD but tracking says "Sorry, there's a delay with your parcel; this is normally resolved within 24 hours, we will update you here shortly" Trying to contact this absolute joke of a company to find out what is going on is impossible!!!!

Great experience getting to try new products. The campaigns are great and easy to leave feedback. Highly recommend giving them a try.

No disappointment from me!
I was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews here but i recently sold my apple watch to this company, Smooth and easy process. Customer service is fantastic. Price offered was price paid. Couldn't print the postage label so they emailed me a QR code to take to post office. 48 hours later got an email saying item received and the payment was in my bank the next day once the item had been inspected. Very easy process and i would 100 percent deal with these again! Thanks to Innofinity for such a smooth process!

This site is the worst of the worst! i have now won nearly £400 since joining...... always goes into bonus rather than actual funds!!!! you can NEVER meet the wagering requirements so it is pointless! dont waste your time unless you actually play without hope of winning EVER.

Waste of time. I sent an apple watch in and was quoted £135, this was lower than i wanted but for ease of sale i went with it. I selected good condition which states a few scratches as there was a scratch to the top of the screen...... got an email offering £16 LOL! I would actually rather have it sitting in a drawer earning £0 than let these crooks have it for that! Took pictures of my item before it was sent to them so if it comes back more damaged than when sent i will be escalating this further! Never would i use these again. If they want items in pristine condition then they should revise the wording under "good" to remove where it says scratches to screen and offer more than they do!

Update on previous review. The tasks are tracking and changing to pending. The help desk is VERY slow to reply to any communication which can be frustrating and you do need to chase a lot of the tasks / send evidence you have completed them. Still waiting for all of the tasks to turn green so i can make a payout so will update once that is completed.

Trying to earn rewards feels like pulling teeth. The tasks take FOREVER to be approved after you complete them. Waste of time and there are far better sites out there than this one.

Unfortunately these are no longer the quality they used to be…. I am lucky to get 12 months out of them before the rubber perishes and splits! The company put it down to wear and tear so won’t replace. From now on I will be buying cheap £20 wellies that only last a year because I can’t justify paying £200+ when they won’t own up to the fact the quality has gone down the pan. Shame cause they really used to be the best on the market and my older ones lasted 10 years! I am doing nothing differently so something has changed.

WASTE OF TIME.
The surveys let you spend 20 minutes doing them then suddenly tell you that the survey is full and you haven't qualified this time this happens frequently.

I have been using prolific for a long time now, had to mark down a star as i honestly think they now have too many members. literally the second a survey comes up it is gone as soon as it comes up on the screen. It never used to be like this which is sad. That being said the surveys are far more interesting and intelligent than other sites and it is still one of the best survey sites out there, yields good results when you can get the surveys.

Fraudsters! I ordered the free trial from facebook advertisement on 07/03/2023 they never turned up but the date kept changing on when they would arrive in my account page....... 31/03/2023 still no sign of them and now they have changed the date to April delivery and charged me £9.99!!!!!!!! Customer service is non existent as you have to leave a facebook message and wait DAYS for any kind of a response!!!!!! STEER WELL CLEAR!!!!

Awful company!! Maybe they think because people cant switch right now they can treat their customers like less that dog fodder! THIS IS NOT THE CASE!!!! Carry on like this and as soon as people can switch they will!!! that will leave you completely up the river without a paddle!! I note with interest you do not even reply to reviews!!! Cant wait to move on!

mid range because they are a good site but nowhere near as many surveys as there used to be!! Lucky if you get one a month now but it used to be 4-6 a month!

Delivered on time and was exactly as expected, driver polite and friendly. Would recommend and will be using again.

4 years of living in an orbit home and genuinely I have sung their praises constantly, unfortunately I was downsized to a smaller property as the property no longer worked for me and I was told by the council I had 3 days to move into my new property, Orbit are completely unwilling to help me in any way with the fact I now have to find the rent for 2 properties! They refuse the allow me to wave the 4 weeks left on the old property even though I have already moved out! I feel that the 4 weeks notice to quit should be taken on a case by case notice and not a standard policy! My opinion has changed of Orbit through their terrible handling of this as I’m now being threatened with court because I can’t afford to pay the 4 weeks rent on old property and my new rent on my new property ! Terrible show Orbit from someone who has NEVER so much as been a day late with my rent and kept your property immaculate yet the snack heads that live in your properties destroy them and never get penalised!
