Asked FLOW to switch our supply to new address on 3rd January. Closure of 'old' address went through & new 'Electricity supply' OK. 'Gas supply' didn't happen, but was because previos supplier failed to update National Database. Since then trying to get it sorted has been failed consistently and 'helpline' staff have frequently been awful. I've had to do the chasing and still cannot enter a Gas meter reading. Have registered the current readings by 'phone today, as I still cannot do it online. Have asked for an E-mail to confirm that today's information will get things sorted after 3 1/2 months.

They provide a service that I appreciate, but, many times, I have fallen foul of a total inability to work out how to use their on-line site ordering process that reaches me by E-mail. Placing an order has often been quite fraught - and, more than once, I've ended up having to telephone (and go through the complete 'review' - effectively, twice !). The people have then been as helpful as it seems they can be, but it is annoying - & I'm then the one who's paying for the call !
