Very quick very good!
World of Crooks?
This company appears to be a criminal front. I sent two parcels of books and despite a statement on their website that I have been paid, I have not received a penny. Keep your books rather than sending them to these crooks
It’s very easy to sell things.
A Breath of Fresh Air
A problem arose with this trade necessitating my contacting the company. As the issue had been outstanding for a number of weeks without being resolved, it was immediately accepted and I was paid in full.
A refreshingly breath of fresh air
Brilliant company has made good on all…
Brilliant company has made good on all of my purchases highly recommend using for selling.
Seamless and Super Simple
It’s a seamless, easy process from start to finish. It’s good that you don’t take every book. It means I can also donate to the local charity shop. From initially ‘zapping’ each ISBN to packaging and sending to receiving payment - as I previously wrote - the word is SEAMLESS.
Great that postage is free
Great that postage is free. Regular progress updates on status of order. I keep a record of books sent but We Buy Books advised two were missing and I could not reconcile from my list which was disappointing. However the books missing were of low value.
Great way to sell your used books
Great way to sell your used books. I’m doing this to raise money for charity and the process is very simple, quick and easy.
Easy transaction
Easy service, packed up b books svd dropped them at my post office. A few days and money transferred to my account. So
Pleased the books will be reused.

Could be improved with a place to insert ISBN numbers for older non barcode books - couldn't find that. Also on several occasions I had two copies of a book and app just said book is already in basket so it would not scan second copy..
Wide range of books accepted
Wide range of books accepted. Reasonable prices offered. Generally smooth collection process and swift payment.
Untrustworthy service
I was lied to about the £5 Voucher and when I Sent the books I only received the amount of cash without £5 previously offered in an email.
Easy to use app
Easy to use app. Easy to send and got price expected. Over all for an amateur app user it was a very easy straight forward experience and a great way to get rid of unwanted books with a little cash in hand.
Nearly a month to get there after…
Nearly a month to get there after posting and I didn't get paid until I chased it up myself. I sent an email and didn't get a response either. I try to avoid using this company now and use their competitors as you get a better service from them.
Speed of processing and quick payout
Speed of processing and quick payout, kuch fairer than your rivals
