Usually get a good price for books. This time I waited several weeks and had to chase up payment

I have done many trades with we buy books, and they always pay what they promise and are honest in their dealings. They have been slow to process trades recently due to various reasons but have responded quickly and courteously to my enquiries.

I sold several books to you and you paid the amount offered with no quibbles. My only complaint is the length of time to process the order. I can only assume you are very busy at the moment.

I sent £150 worth if books and git £43 back. The reason they didn't pay what was promised was they did not receive 75% of the books. It's not possible to receive only 25% of the books when they all arrived in a sealed box. Complete scam.
