My friend was happy with the flower, but...

My friend was happy with the flower, I haven't seen it yet, but it was delivered after her birthday. The biggest disappointment from this company. No explanation why? I ordered on 8th of May to make sure she will receive on 17th but instead she got it on 18th :(
