Excellent service from ordering to delivery which was 2 days.

Wish I too had checked Trustpilot first... same thing happened to me.
I paid £5.95 for a download, then 2 days later £39.90 went out of my account via my debit card. I raised the issue with my bank, amount was immediately refunded.
Then only today the same amount was taken out again.
Situation made to my bank whom provided me with a written statement of my case, and cancelled payment.
AVOID CAR CHECKING/DUBLIN

Since receiving a response from both Car-Checking/Dublin and Trustpilot, I have been requested to submit a further response within 3 days from Truspilot.
So from Car-Checking/Dublin they replied with:

My response to Car-Checking/Dublin is:-
I did not see the 'free trial period' stated? My grievance being my initial purchase of £5.95 was made on 20/Feb, then within 2 days the amount of £39.90 was taken. So please explain the 'your free trial period' please, surely the customer (me) requires more than 2 days to consider this option?
I'm happy to report that my bank have acted promptly and repaid this amount. So if no further action is taken by Car-Checking/Dublin I consider matter closed.

Kept on being 'bombarded' to purchase their 'High Powered Hose Attachment' - and so I went for it!!!
'They' supplied a tracking nbr., and some odd Spanish confirmation???
After 2 weeks I've been checking, via 3 courier companies, only to be advised - "nothing".
So only after checking this company,
I'm still uncertain of the country of origin? I'm now deeply concerned with the negative 92% feedback.

Absolute top class service again as always. So easy to order via their reminders, and goods delivered promptly too.

GD generally were excellent from online ordering, receiving the samples, and quickness of delivery.
The only 'downside' was the actual quality of the bi-foculs of which seemed as 'stick on' lenses.
