Great app and it is easy to scan books for a suggested price. We Buy Books need to make money so understand the offers made (compared to selling yourself) but they take the work out of that task! On receipt of books being received, money paid into (in this case PayPal) quickly. Overall a smooth and pleasant experience.

Great selection of goods. I order in bulk every few months and having kept the previous receipt noticed some items had gone down in price which was a pleasant surprise although some did go up (balanced out though). Delievery is quick and the courier service Real Food uses are very professional (unlike others I will not mention)! Easy to reschedule delivery if you are going to be out and they actually commit to this and come to your door/do not leave parcels on the doorstep (again, unlike other couriers I will not mention)!

Great simple to use website. Great prices - we find using National Express in advance for the two of us travelling to the airport, very good value for money. No problems having used National Express many times before and drivers always pleasant - National Express cannot be held accountable for delays on the road, but so far this has not happened/been a problem (hope we don't jinx our next journey having said this)!

Misleading website - they take money which you think is the price for your phone to be unlocked and then you are told it will cost more to finish the process. One of the most deceiving companies I have even known. We emailed them and they ignored us. Would not recommend using this company and wonder why trading standards have not got involved. Request for refund ignored and no contact after leaving this review and after they said to make contact to discuss (as below). Follow up email ignored. Appalling company and service.

Having to do a PCR test is stressful. We used C19 in 2020 when another company let us down and were as pleased as were last time. Easy process - ordered our tests early and arrived in very good time. Instructions and registration were clear/easy to follow. Only gripe was where we had to drop the tests off and the lack of security with the drop-box. Apart from that the whole process was easy and very quick. Would use again / recommend.
