Return parcel travelled to China and back with no refund!
I bought two coats in Autumn 2024 from this company. They arrived safely and packaged fine but they were poor quality. Both were meant to be winter coats but they were too thin. One was too big and the other had no pockets or collar. Didn't like either. Contacted customer service for return address and refund. They gave me address in China to send back to in order to receive full refund, so I knew I would lose £40 as I had to pay for postage back to China. Sent parcel and tracked it. It sat in Chinese customs for 2-3 months but wasn't paid for so I have now received the parcel back!! Not only have I lost money on the two coats but now £40 on postage too. After sending them the tracking reference, as requested, I had no contact from them. Absolutely disgusting way to do business and I'm so angry! (With myself for trusting them too!)
Non delivery of order
I ordered 3 items in November 2024 which I was then informed were delivered on 13th December 2024. This did not happen, if there was a delivery it went from a Royal Mail delivery office to an address within 15 minutes. My address is almost 400 miles away from said delivery office.
Company are taking no responsibility, stating that items were delivered!
Have tried making contact again more recently and receiving no reply
WearwithIvy scam
I can only endorse what others have already said about this scam company. I was promised a partial refund for the rubbish that I eventually received from them. This was never sent and they do not respond to emails. I don't know if Trading Standards can do anything. It is not so much the money as the principle that companies like this are allowed to get away with selling shoddy goods from China and pretending that they are end of stock from a London store.
Do not use this company

Crap products , long delivery , then no response
Be warned
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I ordered a dress for £45 (apparantly reduced from £90) and received no reference number or tracking info. It arrived 2 weeks later balled up in a bin bag without any information on returns or refunds. It's the cheapest garment I've ever seen and unwearable. Not the garment featured on the website. I have no means of accessing a refund.
Do not buy from Wear with Ivy
Like others, I ordered based on an advertisement about the London warehouse closing down, only to find there was no Wear with Ivy onshore warehouse.
After some 3 weeks the order arrived - and so disappointing - poor quality and ill fitting.
Opting for a full return I was engaged in a protracted discussion with the customer services team over the likely chances of the return actually getting through Chinese customs (and how much the charges would be) to the warehouse - the option to return to the 'London warehouse' being unavailable.
In the end I 'accepted' a partial refund - and 2 months later I am still waiting ... Tried for a chargeback and my bank were unable to progress.
Definitely DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY; a complete rip-off.

Ordered 5 jumpers, which finally arrived weeks later
All were the wrong size and material.
In order to obtain a refund,I need to post back to China!
No Uk shop.
AVOID BEING SCAMMED AND DONT BUY
Absolute scam

Don’t not buy anything from this website
Cheap and Nasty!
I thought I was purchasing a knitted sweater, but instead it was a cheap printed sweatshirt - horrid! These people should not be allowed to trade the UK. I have reported them to Trading Standards.
Absolute scam
Absolute scam. I will be reporting this lying horrifying terrible company to my bank. I stupidly made an order and then tried to cancel it once I’d read the reviews and then was told days later I couldn’t cancel no longer cancel my order because it had already been sent. I do not understand how a complete scam like this can still operate. They should feel ashamed of themselves. I will be reporting them.
Just to follow on from my Review of 10/10/24 titled 'This is a scam'
IF YOU ARE ONE Of THE MANY SCAM VICTIMS OF WEAR WITH IVY & WISH TO SUPPORT MY 'ANTI WWI' CAMPAIGN TO BAN THEIR TRADE IN THE UK, PLEASE HOLD ONTO YOUR GOODS RECEIVED & KEEP ANY ADVERT PHOTOS AS EVIDENCE, THANK YOU.
Just to follow on from my Review of 10/10/24 titled 'This is a scam' - I hereby confirm THIS IS A SCAM..' - Not a clearance sale of a London-based boutique as advertised - there is no London shop/clearance sale, 10 days after order the delivery is still on it's way via Yun express China, not DHL express as stated. In fact the same goods are being sold via ebay & amazon, slightly cheaper. The Trustpilot rating of 4.5 stars isn't true, I dread to think what I'll receive in the post, if anything at all!
- Date of experience: 10 October 2024'
To date I have received only 2 of 3 items costing approximately £80, sold as luxury designer-quality goods, and the quality of the cardigan and supposedly waterproof orthopedic boots is absolutely the worst, not even fit for re-sale or charity, as others have stated! WWI have also now cheekily removed their fake 4.5 Trustpilot rating, which largely falsified Trust in their scam to begin with, I'm sure of that. I am pleased to have read many reviews since my first one, in support of the horror/disgust at those rags received. Also, as a regular consumer of a multitude of in store and online retailers including Shein and Temu, I can confirm these standards of 'trade' are completely unacceptable. My actions are to:
CONTACT THE CONSUMER ADVICE BOARD TO SEE HOW TO GO ABOUT THIS WITH EVIDENCE - QUICKLY, LOGICALLY & EFFECTIVELY - THEN ACTION!
Please note I would really appreciate you support on this matter as it is a matter of principal - I believe us hard-working people do not deserve to have our hard-earned (mainly UK-Taxed) cash swiped away from our accounts without question. Therefore if you support this cause then please post here and I promise to keep you posted on how we can effectively take down these nasty, low-life scammers together - once and for all.
Onwards and upwards,
Best regards for 2025!!

I ordered 2 pairs of leather Oxford…
I ordered 2 pairs of leather Oxford boots for men. The uppers look great but the leather is very thin, but the sole is nothing like what is in the picture, it is a rubber/plastic composite that gives no support between the heel block and the arc of the foot, honestly not comfortable to walk on for a long period of time. I thought it was from a London based cobbler, these are definitely not.
Thieves, rip-off merchants, liars, probably run by the Chinese government
The order I placed with this "company" has been in transit since 3rd December. It took a week to be sent to a delivery company in China, then another week before it was loaded aboard a flight from a Chinese airport. According to their tracking system, it's been in the air ever since. It certainly hasn't arrived in the UK for Yodel to deliver. This company are probably also part of the same scam operating Muse.London, as their stock is identical, and offer a similar rip-off service to get your cash and bank details. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY.
This is a Scam
The two items I ordered from this Company were knitted sweaters but what I received bore no resemblance to the images. I have lost £67 because this is a scam Company. Please avoid at all costs! This is not a British Company despite the website suggesting it is.
Scam
Scam! Based in China and NOT London. Do NOT buy anything from them, leather goods are plastic!
ZONE stars.
Do not buy off these scammers from…
Do not buy off these scammers from China!
Boots that were advertised as Leather , were so obviously not . Sent the wrong size.
I got a 50% refund , after many emails back & forth. Postage to China would have been £25.00 & they still wouldn’t give a full refund
They don’t even deserve a 1 star , but had to do this review , as I was so annoyed .
Don't deal with wear with ivy
The purchase of a knitted garment turned out tobe a cheap print on a swearshirt and of dubious size.
After much email traffic, yes they did respond, I was offered 15% refund which increased in increments to 50%. They would not offer more, but the good news was it was refunded. Yes, I am out of pocket but have learnt a valuable lesson on putting trust into what was initial thought to be a UK (London) based shop.
If I could have given zero I would have, but maybe they deserve 1 for eventually making a refund.
This is not a London company closing…
This is not a London company closing down, it is a cheap Chinese company, selling very poor quality products which take forever to arrive. Had many emails with them to complain and negotiated 50% refund with clothes going to landfill (I am so ashamed ). Gave it one star because 0 stars not an option
DO NOT BUY from this scamming company
DO NOT BUY from this company, it’s a scam. Social media advert said London store was closing down. Garments look like knitted hoodies and cardigans but when they arrived from China 2 weeks later only one item out of four was knitted. The rest are awful printed knitted effect on poor quality lightweight fabric, never seen such awful clothing.
I have opened a dispute through my bank and have reported fraud.
It shows 4.5 out of 5 stars on the website but when you click on the reviews nothing happens.
Scammers (but we all know that now)
Scammers (but we all know that now), It appears London Loft (labelloftlondon .com) is another one of these darling peoples fronts. I like many others have fallen fowl to glossy Instagram pictures, serves me right for purchasing post Friday night beers, lesson learnt! I've still not received whatever crap I'm sure they've sent me, all I know is I'm £69.99 down and not ever likely to see a refund of any kind. I've contacted customer service to enquire if my parcel will ever arrive but no joy. I'm kicking myself for not paying with PayPal (I usually do for all internet shopping, yep, Friday beers again), I'll contact my bank to see if they can do anything but I guess that's seventy quid I've kissed goodbye too. It’s already been said, but I’m going to reiterate: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS
