Totally conned

Totally conned! I fell for the line of a London store selling off stock and bought three items. What arrived eventually was cheap Chinese crap. Not worth the 'knock down' prices let alone the original. One particular item was a 'knitted sweater' with a Christmas Tree design. In fact it was a picture of knitting printed on cheap thin material. I have decided to keep one item at a further 25% off because it's not bad at that price but I will return the other two to China and hope for an eventual refund.

We changed our WiFi so the app stopped working. Jack from Growatt just talked us through setting it back. He was very professional and gave us clear instructions to follow. Great service

You get a lot of data for your money

You get a lot of data for your money, and it's really interesting. You do have to wade through the reports to gain the insights. If there is one thing I would be negative about it is the sheer quantity of data. A summary of highlights would be very helpful.
