Shaun was very helpful with our selection of a lightweight backpack and pointed out the best value option for us.

Excellent online shopping experience

Great user-friendly website with live video chat with staff on the shop floor.
I’m very pleased with this Logik condenser tumble dryer, great value and works brilliantly.
Delivery men were reliable, friendly and helpful.
Overall an excellent shopping experience, I definitely recommend Currys.

Excellent!

My overall experience with Gigaclear has been excellent.

I had Gigaclear in my previous house with no problems. When I moved into my current home the installers found a problem with connections in the pavement so I had a phone call from a very polite gentleman who explained clearly that this repair could take up to six weeks. This was disappointing but we would not be charged anything until the installation was complete. However it was all resolved within one month.

In the meantime we used a 4G mobile device and moved it around the house. It barely achieved 30mbps and was expensive but better than nothing.

A minor criticism would be that the two men who came to fix the issues in the pavement outside the house were quite hostile and wouldn’t engage in any conversation with me, decidedly unfriendly.

However, the men who came to do the outside installation were lovely and friendly and were happy to have a bit of banter.

Then the man who did the internal installation was excellent and clearly knew what he was doing. Professional, did a clean job and was very friendly.

There’s a text process to report any issues which has a rapid response with clear explanations, helpful advice and I have had emails from Emma making sure that all is going as expected and again a rapid and very helpful response.

Thankyou Gigaclear for providing an excellent service with fantastic results - we have 3-400mbps everywhere in this house which is brilliant!

DO NOT BUY from this scamming company

DO NOT BUY from this company, it’s a scam. Social media advert said London store was closing down. Garments look like knitted hoodies and cardigans but when they arrived from China 2 weeks later only one item out of four was knitted. The rest are awful printed knitted effect on poor quality lightweight fabric, never seen such awful clothing.
I have opened a dispute through my bank and have reported fraud.
It shows 4.5 out of 5 stars on the website but when you click on the reviews nothing happens.

I was told that this insurance policy was compulsory and I now know that it is not.
Ryan spoke very quickly and was difficult to understand. Very pushy with the insurance policy, I do not appreciate that.

Yet again I came home to find my porch…

Yet again I came home to find my porch door wide open after a parcel delivery. Why can’t the driver check that the door is closed before walking off.
I’ve been in the house and have witnessed another shoddy Evri delivery like this not long ago. I don’t know if it’s the same driver who can’t be bothered to check if my door is closed before driving off.

Superb protective case for my MacBook…

Superb protective case for my MacBook Air. I had a case from Tech21 for my old laptop and it’s still great years later.
Perfect fit, cool design and a great website to order from and I took advantage of the sale.
Why waste money with any other case companies, in my experience it’s not worth it. I took a look at a Casetify case and you cannot begin to compare that awful quality with the superior Tech21 quality.

SCAM company, dreadful quality.

Terrible quality case that did not fit my MacBook Air, flimsy cheap rubbish.
I've returned it with my order number in large letters on the packaging and I've received a refund minus the delivery charge.
Awful buyers experience, don't waste your money, I'll be sticking with Tech21.

BUYER BEWARE!

Terrible experience! I live in the UK and spent £73 on four cami tops in the sale thinking I was getting a bargain. This price included £12 postage charges.
BUT my parcel was valued at £150 as it left the US so I was slammed with £60 customs charges or lose my items altogether.
In line with Brexit I can spend up to £135 in the US and avoid any customs charges so I was well under that threshold.
I have repeatedly asked Shapermint to explain to me how and why this happened and they just avoid answering my questions. Lots of apologies and the £12 refund is just not good enough.
I asked for it to be escalated up to management so that I could go through their complaints procedure but they just block this process with rubbish replies like "you could enquire at your post office about the customs charges"....what?!
Incidentally the cami tops are good, I'm a UK size 14 so I ordered 2XL and they give snug but comfortable support. So this could have been a great review but really I cannot recommend this shopping experience as the company seems to be run by incompetent individuals.
So I have paid a total of £133 for four cami tops and received £12 refund for the postage. I thought I was getting bargain sale items, what a laugh!!!
Oh and I really wish I had read the one star reviews before ordering anything. Imagine if these cami tops did not fit!!!

PS After taking up a dispute through PayPal I have received a full refund, whether HMRC will refund the customs charge remains to be seen.

Nintendo Switch joycons were returned supposedly repaired and the stick drift is just as bad as before so they are needing to go straight back for repair/replacement

Clear communication on the phone for booking the sweep and helpful reminders on email and text message. Carl arrived on time and did a clean and efficient job. Very friendly.
A very high standard offered for a reasonable price and I would highly recommend this company for sweeping chimneys.
