I bought a frame and it arrived damaged because of the shipping company. I reached out to customer service and got a very rapid response and they shipped me a new one, no hassle a all. Absolutely amazing customer service glad to see that real customer service isn’t actually dead. The frame was beautiful and I’m very excited to have it. They have a customer for life now!

Frame came as ordered, was easy to assemble, and looks great.

Getting approval for a return was cumbersome, and i still have not received my refund. Coloring not true to life and that’s why I had to return. I was trying to exchange but will not buy from you again.

The acrylic frame was chipped at the bottom corner. Looks like someone dropped it while they were packing the frame because the frame is fine but the acrylic is chipped. Maybe they should have tossed this one aside instead of sending it out to a customer.

Beautiful frames. Very nicely packaged and delivered on time.
The acrylic was dirty and I needed to clean it before framing my pictures. But I was picky because I used them for exhibition framing.

I ordered 2 white 8x10 beveled frames.
They were packaged nicely and look lovely framing two Caribbean sea scape photos I’d been meaning to frame for some time.
Now my photos are hanging on a freshly painted wall and look fantastic.
I am glad I took the time to research this product online. The quality, updates on shipping, and certainly the reviews helped me to decide to choose the Vossington product line over other options.

Great quality for the price, and is a nice affordable step up from an ikea frame. Customer service was responsive when I was having an issue with an order. Would definitely recommend, and will be a go to from now on when hunting for frames.
