Poor customer service

Poor customer service. I ordered frames that I need to return and have not received a response. The refund options should be clearly stated on the site but clearly this place is scamming people. Also, I ordered a second set of frames (I made this order before I decided to return the first set) and I ordered 3 frames and only 2 were delivered. I filed a case with FedEx and even though the delivery picture clearly only shows 2 frames, they closed the case and told me to reach out to the company. I sent message to Vossington and no response. Basically, I’m stuck with 3 frames that I need to return and my second order is missing a frame. Now I’m planning to return everything. What’s sad is that I was planning to exchange the second set for wooden frames but now I don’t want anything from this company. Send me the refund policy! I’m returning all of these frames!
