1.10.25 update. After posting this review the person managing their trust pilot reviews rang me and got the payment sent straight out. That’s was my only gripe so I have updated my rating. Just a shame it had to be resolved by trust pilot review. But sorted now

Price offered was ok. It getting payment is a different matter. They completed trade in on 11th September and still no money. They say they have a back log. How long does it take to issue a payment. I only went with them as there were on Martin Lewis site as a recommended company hmm

We visited the Hull store in St Andrews Quay today to look for two reclining armchairs. We were served by Debbie who made the whole process very pleasurable and easy. She was able to answer all our questions and fully explained all the stages of the purchasing process in full. Thanks Debbie 👍

We ordered a suitcase online and it arrived in 3 days. Lovely suitcase and 10 years warranty.

Tried magnesium never really expecting any results. Well I was wrong. I have always been a poor sleeper, struggled to get to sleep and waking up a lot. Since taking one magnesium a day my sleep is way better. I still wake up early but the quality of my sleep is so much better. I go into a deep sleep which I have never done before. Will keep taking these now long term

Took delivery of two straps for Apple ultra. All seemed fine then one strap started to peel on the plastic fitting. I contacted the company and they said they would send a replacement. So I thought great that’s good. But never arrived. They supposedly sent four straps and none ever arrived. I had to keep chasing them. Then out of the blue two cheap Chinese straps not for the Apple ultra turned up in Amazon parcels. Nothing to do with my Amazon account. I contacted them again and they said if I returned them they would refund me. I said only if you send a postage label. Radio silence still them. So buyer beware. They are not a UK company either

Got two straps for my Apple Watch and love them. They are the nylon Velcro ones. There was an issue with one but it was replaced free of charge with no quibble. Really comfortable and the Velcro strap means can change the fit to suit. Will certainly be buying more. Thanks 🙏

Got the mattress topper as couldn’t justify replacing our current mattress yet. Have to say we are very impressed so comfortable and cooler than our normal mattress. Will definitely buy the mattress when we need an upgrade

Came in today to find an electric recliner for my father and needed one quickly as he has had a stroke a needed an electric one. It had to have a certain seat and arm height and have very simple controls. Sue came to help us and suggested a particular chair. She then sourced one that could be delivered next Friday and did us a great deal. Couldn’t have asked for more. If could give her 6 stars we would. Thanks so much Sue

Great products have been a buyer for a long time. But cost of P&P is too high. And buy one get second p&p half price should be on any variety in the offer not identical

Sent phone off and got payment in 3 days and payment was what was agreed. Fantastic service

The app is great for tracking food but far too complicated for working out a calorie deficit. I rely on people eating back exercise calories which is against all other trackers who provide a holistic figure. There are two settings separate and combined an new people don’t understand this so end up on far too low calories then struggle and give up. Please sort this out nutracheck. I have the private beta version and it’s still far too complicated

I booked in the york store and the team are fantastic

Our dog had a lovely time being cared for in a home. So nice after his not so pleasant experience in a kennels, He is getting on in age and was so much better to know he was looked after well
More expensive than kennels but then it is a 1-2-1 personal service

I booked in store in york. Staff were excellent. Will not book online again as it’s impossible to get through. Booking in store means I can pop in anytime and the wonderful staff will sort things out.

Great aircon unit. Very powerful and cools the room excellently. Paid for next day delivery and it came by early afternoon. Very impressed

Have been coming to sherwood centre parcs for over 30 years now. Just got back today and have to say standards have certainly slipped which given the covid situation is really not acceptable. On arrival in one of the bedrooms there was a bloody tooth on the windowsill, Wrappers left on the floor and stains on the bedding. I thought extra cleaning had been out in place but clearly not. The tooth was very concerning. After reporting it a deep clean was organised but that shouldn’t have been needed had the cleaners done a proper job. Also the pool arrangements are rubbish. You can only book one 3 hour slot per day which with a party ranging from 4 to 87 isn’t suitable. We would have liked to have had two shorter slots but that’s not possible. There is very little seating, you have to wait to pounce on someone’s chairs when they leave. If you are going to be in there for a long time you need a few chairs. Because there is very little seating it is very crowded with massive queues, so clearly restricting people isn’t working. And anyway it’s a free for all after 6pm. These restrictions should be cancelled now. People always used to self regulate in the past. Seemed to be a lot more cars driving round when they shouldn’t have been as well. It is not a cheap holiday and you expect clean accommodation for the money we paid. Won’t be returning anytime soon.
