I was able to find the medication I needed and link up to my Doctor to get the treatment I needed within 48hrs. Lifesavers.

For a start................

1. The monitor rarely works and I have since been informed that the shutdown of 2G networks means a further monitor would be needed at my cost to continue with the CONNECTED service.

2. The difference between payment taken and actual oil delivered is NEVER refunded with me having to chase and remind.

3. I was asked to perform a dip test, which I couldn't physically do, so for nearly a year my reading were wrong.

Purchased a refurbished phone and I was surprised, it was like new. Packaging ensured I got the phone in one piece, very well packaged and the addition of a chrging cable was welcome also.

Ordered a personalised kit for my child.
Absolutely no contact when I chased the order. Eventually heard from them and then found that they had sent the wrong kit, wrong size and not personalised. They tried to explain that they had run out of stock so sent this instead, not sure this Chinese company realise that if you support a team, you don't want another.

They also tried to refund only part of my order, telling me to keep the kit. I insisted that they give me a full refund and I will return the kit, which they sent me the Chinese return address.

Seriously, do not use this company, their grasp of customer service is so bad and the communication was so bad I had to send 3-4 emails to get a single response

The ease of booking was very good. Website gave all the info I needed and there user experience was 10/10

Well initial contact is positive, although the cross selling pressure is quite intense.
Cut to the operative coming to clean, all good, polite, professional, etc
Afterwards, the follow up call from head office just started to add confusion. Asking lots of questions and requesting feedback is good. However, they asked me to look into the extractor hood, which I found had NOT been cleaned. They asked me to document and take pictures, which I did and they said that they will send another operative to correct the missing areas.
Then skip forward a couple of weeks and the next operative arrived only to advise that they do not clean into the electrical areas.
The Head Office clearly are not in touch with the activities being offered by the company and that wasted a lot of my time and just added confusion.

2025 update
The company continued to call and try and pressure me into another oven clean, even though every time they call I ask to be taken off the list as I had a disappointing experience.

Nearly ran out whilst on Connected, also required a dip test after only a year of being monitored.

Great design, well made and easy to use. I have my kids aged 8 and 12 making pasties.
Great for use with pasty too, remember to well flour the CrimpIt though.

Great hands off service but getting setup was painful

Great service but tbh the sizing is wildly out. Measured my daughter and then still ordered two sizes bigger and the top was still on the tight side

From day 1 the surveyor was very clear. It is clear that customer service is key as the calls received to keep me updated were timely and clear. Following the agreement it was under two weeks to get the scaffold up and install completed. The install team were like machines, they were very professional at all times and kept me updated on progress and always had time for my questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Project Solar UK.

Simple to setup, but my CONNECTED account is still not active after a month due to lack of supply of monitors
