My iPhone 12 was initially estimated at £208 and I requested a mail pack which took a week to get to me,The phone had always been in a case and had a screen cover. I was aware there was a fine 3mm scratch on the screen. Once they had examined the phone they said it was worth £50!, I rejected this they then offered £70, again I rejected it and they then offered £110, which I accepted as looking online other competitors were valuing it at £120 by this stage. They said it would take 5-7 days to transfer the funds to me that was on 13 Sept. After chasing them twice and threatening legal action I finally got the money 8th October! Truly go elsewhere to sell your phone they are a bunch of sharks!

I initially tried True Collagen powder added to drinks and still do use it when I remember but I am better with the daily capsules, so get Noble Collagen on a monthly subscription - my main issue was really stiff joints, I am 54 and was struggling with my knees and hips. Taking this each day has really helped, it did take a few months but I now panic if I am running low, customer service were brilliant and so understanding when my delivery wasn’t for another week and brought it forward so I received it a few days later.

I have started using Bower Collective products recently and along with my cleaner can recommend their limescale remover over Viakal, the floor cleaner, toilet cleaner smells amazing and works and I have just purchased the washing up liquid, rinse aid and sanitiser spray so look forward to trying them out. The returnable pouches are so convenient and help reduce plastic.

Delivery was on time and the Olive tree was very healthy and a good shape. My sister was delighted with it.
