Pretty Poor
Pretty Poor, turned off customers website, failed to do a simple nameserver change and twice closed the support ticket.
I am a 3rd line infrastructure support engineer with over 30 years experience managing and building data centres snd know when I am being told rubbish.
This company is absolutely awful
This company is absolutely awful. They have apparently closed down their European operations along with all UK websites. Personally I have lost my website and all associated email accounts overnight. Web.com have failed to answer all messages via email/telephone from myself, they appear to have hibernated - truly shocking behaviour!

The worst company I have dealt with in years!
They give very little notice that they are shutting down their products and then make it so difficult to migrate them elsewhere in the limited time.
Steer clear of this company at all costs!
Well 1 star is 1 too many
Well 1 star is 1 too many. Paid an extortionate amount for an e-commerce site that never worked properly, charged for add-ons that never worked or existed. Trying to get over £400 back from hosting overcharge two years ago…it was never refunded now everything has gone because they own the £2000 website that I paid for. Avoid at all costs and any company associated with them. I used to get cold calls from people working at web.com saying how useless my site was… imagine their surprise when I would tell them it was one of theirs!!
Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs
We have paid Web.com a substantial amount of money, yet to this day they have delivered nothing. Their support is virtually nonexistent – slow responses that take weeks (when they bother to respond at all), and now their main phone line has a message saying all products are suspended, then it just cuts you off.
The development team is completely inadequate. They can’t even do a simple migration properly, let alone sense-check their own work. We were told we’d be upgraded from their basic website builder to WordPress, but they still haven’t finished the work after an unreasonable amount of time.
This company has shown itself to be unprofessional, unreliable, and frankly incapable of providing the services they advertise. Do not waste your time or money with Web.com.

Web.com are being unsupportive in the process of them closing down. You are unable to speak with anyone, despite the urgency because of their late notice of closure. They're not reading emails properly and sending generic closure responses to specific emails

We have been asking for login details for almost a month and they send us nothing!
Overpriced US corporate hosting factory
Their web hosting is overpriced. Service is ok usually (through the normal outsourced factory service company). Nothing otherwise particularly against this company but they're just your usual US-based corporate entity, reaping as much money as possible from their customers.
In my particular case, my annual hosting account automatically renewed ahead of the invoice date when I was about to cancel and move to an alternative host with better sustainability policies. My fault for not noticing the auto-renewal, but was hoping they would at least recognise the situation and cancel/refund the renewal. Of course, they wouldn't do that ; instead offering a credit on the account which I don't want to use. Ah well.
