Total scam.Beware.

Total scam.

No after sales service at all after I signed up when it was Scoot not Web.com -never told the difference ....& have been paying GBP42.00 incl VAT a month ever since for....nothing!

When I tried to complain or change website I was directed to USA where operators were half asleep & useless.

Took my money for 5yrs & I wondered stupidly why my enquiries were non-existent -finally 2 months ago I got an analysis website report from Yell.com out of the blue.This told me my website was useless basically even bringing up wrong tel no when Googling it.

So sent report to Customer Services complaining & asking for compensation-got the usual fob off.

Tracy Spencer has been superb!

Tracy Spencer has been superb at helping me sort out a lot of website problems I have had with web.com.
Tracy has turned that around to her great credit by one by one sorting out the many problems on the website even guaranteeing she will call me quarterly to update meta tabs etc so that Google sees constant change which is vital to any website.
Excellent,patient,courteous & amazingly professional Tracy truly deserves promotion-please take note Manager of Department !

Never missed a call in 15years !

I have used alldayPA since their very inception approx 15 years ago & have never dealt with a bettercompany in that time.
They respond instantly to any problem,are transparent in billing,willing to listen but above all they do what it says on the tin!
24/7 perfect call answering .....I have never lost a new business opportunity due to them & I genuinely thank them for that.
If you want total peace of mind about your business & it's image you can do no better.
