I am so disappointed with this…

I am so disappointed with this morning's delivery 😪. Do you actually check what you advertise on your website and what customers receive???!!! This is not similar or close to the item I ordered !! Poor quality and as for quantity.....half of the fruit you advised on website!!! Many items are missing completely.

Resolved at last

At last the issue has been resolved ! The unwanted box has been collected and the account closed. I have given 4 stars this time, based on the quality of the wine and the speed and efficiency of the agent who had resolved the issue for me.

They just don't care about customers!!!

After the impressive response from Laithwaite's on Trustpilot by R. I had provided my contact details and customer account number (which should have been cancelled 5 months ago!). That was at 10 am....still not heard from Laithwaite's, despite agent R saying on here she would sort it out!! Just to make things worse .... there is a box of wine on my porch !!!!

They will never let you go.......

I have cancelled my membership 5 months ago, then out of nowhere there is an email telling me that "my box" is with Yodel and will be delivered soon!!???
How can you just keep customers sucked into your subscription despite cancellation of the membership ? I will not bring "your" box of wine into my home, you can collect it where you drop it, rain or not !

Don't touch with a barge pole !!!

Don't touch with a barge pole !!!! Appalling service and treatment of customers.

They are very happy to take your £10 every month, but when it comes to service-you are on your own ! I have now opened a Cash Plus account -which is cheaper and much better service.
