I have dealt with web.com for some years and mainly with Debbie Bell. They have supported in 2 of my businesses with a third currently being set up. The work has ranged from domain hosting to SEO to website building etc Debbie is one of the most patient people I have dealt with- and she needs to be with my constant missing of deadlines! She is expert in explaining processes in a straightforward manner which makes the whole process very easy and a pleasure. She is extremely quick to respond to queries and to fix any issues and she takes ownership when these arise. The services offered are exceptional and set web.com apart from other companies operating in this market. The process of managing things is very straightforward and genuinely makes you feel good about being involved in this part of your own business I cannot recommend this company and Debbie highly enough
The genuinely consultative advice and recommendations provided by this company is what sets them apart. They understand that if they are not successful in effectively promoting their clients' businesses then those clients are likely to go elsewhere. Because of this they take much time and effort to properly discuss and analyse needs. Their service offering is broad yet they only advise on those products which will genuinely be of benefit. The cost of their service is more than recouped by way of new business. Whilst all staff are very helpful special mention must be given to Daniel who goes the extra mile (to borrow an overused phrase) and who has a genuine passion for his own company and that of his clients

I am experiencing precisely the same issue with non-refund of security deposit as many on here. I have messaged on a number of occasions without the courtesy of a response I have now sent a recorded delivery letter with a 7 day payment request, failing which a Small Claims Action will be raised. I have also now been able to identify all companies they use to supply the motor homes and am contacting each of them, giving details also of all other reviews on here. And finally, because there are so many similarly poor reviews, I have contacted Trading Standards. Maybe everyone else could do the same? Do NOT give in to this sham of a business, particularly if you have paid by credit card. UPDATE- interesting development regarding the Registration of this business with Companies House, - please note the business is a limited company and is registered as UnbeatableHire Limited (yet nowhere on their website is this stated). There is one active Director and one active Secretary- all details at Companies House web site. VAT number is accurate but NOT allocated to the website named company

All hires rates are fully inclusive of mileage, insurance and depending on your travel, EU cover - if you’d like a quote at any time, please visit our website.
All quotes are sent via SMS to ensure that you have the rates in writing and there is a link in the quote to call, text or visit the website. Quotes are valid for up to 14 days and are subject to availability.
Car parking is available at all our depots, though the spaces are limited and must be reserved in advance. You are recommended to pre-book your parking space and get a 40% discount off the usual parking rate. All cars are parked at owners risk.
Please note that fuel and gas are not included unless specified in our hire quotation and must be pre-ordered before the hire starts.
We do not rent bedding, towels or personal hygiene products. We are happy to order and you can purchase these items to be delivered to the motorhome prior to the hire.
All motorhomes have a television and DVD player (UK TV licence must be held and must be evidenced).
All motorhomes have a four man bike rack fitted which can secure adult and children’ bicycles on the outside of the vehicle. Note we do not offer bicycle hire.
All drivers must be over 25 and under 80 years old at the time of the hire. All drivers must hold a valid driving licence for at least two years and surcharges may apply for previous convictions.
Unless otherwise agreed, all hires commence after 3pm and must be returned by 11am (A late return fee may apply if the vehicle is returned after the agreed return time)

I was contacted today by Lee Gill from web.com which resulted in me agreeing to a campaign
Lee was outstanding in his approach. At no time did he push for a "sale" but he took a great deal of time to understand my company's current situation and our growth strategy and he then put in place a proposal which met our business and financial expectations
The package taken is a flexible rolling contract and so it is in the interests of web.com for it to be successful
As with most companies, I receive a dozen or so cold calls weekly from companies such as web.com. from the outset Lee differentiated himself by his approach which is of course supported by the resources and expertise of his company
I hope to give web.com more business as time goes by!
