Unreliable delivery

I read a bad review and gave them the benefit of the doubt and placed an order - I wish I hadn't now. I waited 2 weeks for a delivery of the plug plants that I had ordered and was told that 2 items had held up the order. Presumably, if I hadn't chased them they would have held the whole order indefinitely? When you order plug plants it no good if they don't arrive for a month! I haven't received anything yet but at least they are refunding the money for the 2 items. Trust what the reviews say - poor service.

Michael, the social media manager spent a long time resolving a problem that we just couldn't resolve ourselves which was to do with permissions on a Facebook account of ours. He didn't have to do this as it was not caused by anything that had been created by web.com. Thank you, Michael - very much appreciated, Paul. RAD Firesprinklers

Really dissapointed with this company

Really dissapointed with this company. They took about a month to deliver the plants while blaming it on the busy time of year! Well get some more part time staff then!............or be honest at point of order and admit to a possible delay. Needless to say that after the 2nd - third week they were not answering calls.
When the plants finally arrived nothing had been packed properly, the Cana Lillies were crushed and the rose plant was covered in black spot. I just wish I could publish the photo of these very sad specimens.
I would never use this company again and advise others to beware!!
