The site doesn’t provide you an invoice or purchase summary prior to payment via PayPal. No confirmation. So I didn’t know I was paying $9.95 for shipping of 1 ear cleaning tool. Not cool with that!

I'm not sure exactly what to say it was a pretty simple checkout process after I was able to find the small print that said no I don't want to purchase the additional items.

The silicon screw is too bulgy for my ear canal hence did not work effectively.

Not telling the customer that a case in which to store the product is an add-on at extra cost until after making the initial purchase is kind of scammy.
