I originally wrote a review about what a scam this company is. Going over other 1 star reviews I see a pattern of them doubling people's orders, ignoring emails, etc... basically everything that happened to me. They responded with the standard 'oh - so sorry, I'm sure we can work something out BS'. Their idea of 'working it out' was to tell me that too bad, no refund. I didn't follow procedures. As they never answered my numerous emails, I had no idea of their so called procedures. Again, reading others complaints, even those who DID follow their ridiculous 'procedures' haven't gotten their money back.
AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES, YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF TAKING A MATCH TO YOUR CASH. THEY ARE VILE AND LAUGHING ALL THE WAY TO THEIR BANK.

After more than doubling my order I…

After more than doubling my order I immediately canceled it, filling out the 'form' as requested. They ignored it and shipped it anyway. I emailed them, twice, letting them know I would not accept the order and return it once received. They ignored both emails. I wrote again, wanting my money back, they informed me I can't have it as I didn't follow their 'procedures', which I had no knowledge of as they ignored my emails. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

I had been waiting for your product to…

I had been waiting for your product to be something I can afford. A friend is suffering hearing loss and I hope this helps her. Outside of trying to sell me 7 or 8 more items, it was a pretty straightforward transaction.

I still have a few purchases that show…

I still have a few purchases that show in my account as pending, they have been pending since July... I don't understand. Otherwise, my experience has been positive overall. When I do everything right, according to your requirements, I don't understand months and months of 'pending'.

real people answer your phone calls!

This is the first card I received while trying to rebuild my credit. All my dealings with this company have been straightforward. The few times that I needed to call there was an actual human answering the phone who acted courteously and professionally. I'm very happy with Avant.
