I had not realized that what I got had some sort of trial period before a subscription. In the interim, I had some unexpected circumstances which caused me to lose track of time. Upon realizing that I had been charged for a monthly subscription, I immediately contacted support. Thomas was the person who responded immediately. He was professional, knowledgeable, polite and expedited my request for an immediate refund. This was all greatly appreciated, so thank you, Thomas!!

Today is 4/24/2024 and this is my second review for these shoes. My first review was on 3/28/2024. I have since returned from my trip to Ireland and these shoes WERE A LIFE-SAVER!!!!! That's why I ordered a second pair today!! I also want to say your customer service is FABULOUS!! I had entered the wrong expiration date for my credit card and your representative was helpful and friendly and able to expedite today's purchase. She even ended our call by saying, "You stay beautiful!!" What a delightful experience!! I've been recommending your shoes to everyone I know!! Thanks for creating such a wonderful product!!

EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE!!
I just got these shoes a few days ago and I think they are some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn!! Frankly, they're even more comfortable than my current bedroom slippers!! I got these shoes because I'm traveling to Ireland soon and I thought they could help me navigate the ancient and uneven cobblestone walkways. I had a left hip replacement surgery last year, so these shoes make me feel much more secure and confident when walking. I'm thrilled so far, plus they're really easy to slip on and off!!

I purchased the program on 12/7/2023, which happened to be my busiest time of the year. Now that the holidays and my work commitments are over, I am eager to move forward through the program. That said, the program is so intense and overwhelming that you send out notices concerning phone calls, Zoom calls and webinars that are really premature for where I currently am in the program (which is only at the end of Module 1). Otherwise, as stated, I'm truly excited about the possibilities and have been brainstorming and researching subject ideas for my new KPI business. Thank you.

You need to have some way of notifying users that items are sold out before wasting time scrolling through everything. Also, your website didn't give me the option of changing my billing address. It is DIFFERENT than my shipping address. My billing address is associated with the card I used for payment, so I hope it goes through successfully. Thank you.

I had a hard time finding some of the forms I had that you did not specifically name on your website. It would have been more helpful to me if you had some sort of dropdown search or place where I could have listed what I had so it would match up. Otherwise, the experience was pretty painless.

This is an amendment to my previous comments.
Before anyone anywhere signs up to take any of Ted McGrath Brands programs, you should ask them countless questions. I didn't do that because I didn't know what questions to ask. After signing up and paying and having minimal course involvement, it became clear to me that these courses were NOT what I was looking for professionally. Now, the company is telling me they won't issue any refund until I complete the entire program. This is absolutely absurd and I'm considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I am very unhappy and disappointed with their response.
