I recently sought to purchase an ear cleaning item from Tvidler. Unfortunately, there was a mixup in the ordering process and I was ver unhappy. I am pleased to report that I am very impressed with how management persisted and sought to resolve and rectify the issue.

This company is a scam. Do not order from them. They manipulate the ordering process to effect over ordering and charging. There is no response to complaints other than preprogrammed platitudes. Paypal should not serve as a vendor.
Ultimately, I am pleased to report that management worked diligently to resolve and rectify the issue. I appreciate the consideration shown.
