Where do I start?

The potential of this trip could have been brilliant, however as, the fact the company tried to lie about there mistake ruined our first anniversary get away in 4 years.

So let's go over the areas that caused issues.

1 - your advert clearly says, 90 minutes from Athens. ( It took 4 hours to reach the hotel from the closest airport)
2 - you state all facilities are available without any warning this could change. ( 75% of the facilities were closed )
3 - all inclusive to cover all meals, drinks, snakes without showing any restrictions. ( Very limited menu and this excluded basic things like coffee, juices, teas ect )

Ordinarily I'd try and think they wasn't to blame, however I brought all this to them and they tried to lie, I then showed them evidence and they lied, I have now done a full breakdown covering all the areas of issue clearly and now they are just ignoring me.

Avoid unless you want an untrustworthy company.

They offer a “kind of complete” package, but!!!! you have to book your bagage yourself and the flight has changed! What a service!!!

My request was fullfilled, all the questions answered on time.

Company allows subscribing to email spam without confirmation. Anyone can flood an arbitrary mailbox by entering that persons email address.

In your response to our previous review, Traveldeal apologized for the lack of alignment with the hotel we booked. After that, we booked a new date in consultation with a Traveldeal agent. For this, we received a final confirmation and a hotel voucher after a day. Unfortunately, the next day we received the same cancellation email again that the hotel was fully booked on the date of our DEFINITIVE booking. We were again given the choice of a different date or a refund. After two of these equal bad experiences, together with a the bad experiences with Traveldeals customer service, our trust in Traveldeal has disappeared. In a reply email we asked for the refund option. Till yet, we have not received a response to this request for refund.

Diabolical service, booked via living social website, never again. Flight times / dates unavailable after booking and paying in full, hotels advertised unavailable, offered hotels with lower star ratings and 11km from original destination. Funnily though if we paid £159 each more we could have what we thought we'd booked. The company even had the audacity to ring back again and offer the original booking at the lower additional
price of £65 each. When asked for refund was told this wasn't an option and did we want to go to a different destination or have less days/ fly from London when we had booked Manchester. If you've got any sense do not book with this company.

Goed quality and price for the vacation

Purchased full package overnight for two nights with special spa offer in spa Wesp which is 40 km away from the hotel. Hotel is situated in Schiphol airport called Moxy. Spa reservation was never meant to be used as my name did not appear in Wesp reception reservation list. Any attempts to claim money back for not used services declined. Too bad offer and very bad management behind.

I am satisfied with the price and the fact that special assistance is arranged for us.
It looks like a lovely hotel and we are looking forward to staying there

Nile River Cruise with Hurgada stay.
River cruise was certainly worthy, but the additional 7 nights in Hurgada were not. Sea Star Beau Rivage supposed to be 5 star, when in fact 3 at best. All inclusive package the absolute worse we have ever experienced. Local rep only interested in selling additional tours, did not apologise when we were picked up 1.30 minutes late from the airport which meant missing dinner and then told that transfer to the boat the following morning had been changed to 6 am when it was supposed to be 9.
Hotel contested the Travedeal vouchers we had for the stay - we had booked a sea view room stated in black and white, but they claimed local agency had not not booked as one. Certainly not the most friendly gracious front desk hotel staff.
Have been to Egypt on other occasions and had a much better experience. Unlikely to buy another package with travel deal.

You ring about an advertised deal which isn't available and they want more money. Reluctantly you pay the extra because they say they might be able to get you a room upgrade-they don't.
Less than two months before you fly they say the flights need to be 24 hours later and you have to pay extra again for the extra hotel stay.
You don't believe anything they say so you cancel.
Surprise trip for a loved one ruined.

A very hospitable welcome upon arrival. The riad is beautiful, cozy and clean. The roof terrace is also pleasantly equipped with a lounge set and sun beds. Free WIFI. A made-up bed every evening and a delicious breakfast in the morning. The staff is very friendly.Omar is great, humble and very service oriented. Recommended.

Avoid this company at all costs.

I booked my trip through them.... unfortunately the return flight got cancelled.

They have suggested that I liaise with their service provides (airlines etc) and deal with it myself!

Needless to say, they have refused to take any action, zero help.

We booked a family holiday in february for a stay this September. Flight information was correct, never changed. Hotel was as shown on pictures. Perfectly arranged transfers from airport to hotel and back with a vip bus both ways. We travel from brussel charlois, went all easy and well.
