Think carefully before booking here! I'll let you judge for yourself how happy you would be with this treatment. We booked 2 rooms for 1 night and 3 people. The third person falls ill and is unable to travel. We report this before the stay with the request to cancel the room or move the reservation to another date. Immediately, we are asked to reconfirm this request, which we do. When our stay is over, we still have no news and we remind them our demand.
From that moment on, different versions follow eachother: they will discuss it with the hotel --> they ask us if we discussed it with the hotel --> We needed to cancel through them --> they are not entitled to compensate as the hotel has a 100% non-refundable policy. After this last version all comunication stopped.
