Second bad experiences in a row
In your response to our previous review, Traveldeal apologized for the lack of alignment with the hotel we booked. After that, we booked a new date in consultation with a Traveldeal agent. For this, we received a final confirmation and a hotel voucher after a day. Unfortunately, the next day we received the same cancellation email again that the hotel was fully booked on the date of our DEFINITIVE booking. We were again given the choice of a different date or a refund. After two of these equal bad experiences, together with a the bad experiences with Traveldeals customer service, our trust in Traveldeal has disappeared. In a reply email we asked for the refund option. Till yet, we have not received a response to this request for refund.
