Yescapa....niet doen!

Totdat de camper via de website van Yescapa is gereserveerd en betaald gaat alles goed. De camper was volgens beschrijving en eigenaar zeer vriendelijk. Dan krijg je, ondanks zeer hoge verzekerings- en administratiekosten, acht dagen voor vertrek plots te horen dat je een bedrag aan borg moet storten op de rekening van de eigenaar. Deze borg krijg je nooit meer terug!!!!
De telefonische bereikbaarheid van Yescapa is ronduit slecht. Bij mails krijg je geen (of soms na dagen) antwoord. Yescapa is overigens alleen tijdens kantooruren open en niet in het weekend. BOEK NIET BIJ DIT BEDRIJF is mijn advies.

Review of Parkos

Parkos is top.

Bij Parkos doen ze wat er beloofd wordt. Het was voor ons de tweede keer met Parkos. Garage is goed bereikbaar, snelle transfer naar het vliegveld. Bij terugkeer even bellen, korte tijd wachten waarna je opgehaald wordt en keurig wordt afgezet bij de parking.

Second bad experiences in a row

In your response to our previous review, Traveldeal apologized for the lack of alignment with the hotel we booked. After that, we booked a new date in consultation with a Traveldeal agent. For this, we received a final confirmation and a hotel voucher after a day. Unfortunately, the next day we received the same cancellation email again that the hotel was fully booked on the date of our DEFINITIVE booking. We were again given the choice of a different date or a refund. After two of these equal bad experiences, together with a the bad experiences with Traveldeals customer service, our trust in Traveldeal has disappeared. In a reply email we asked for the refund option. Till yet, we have not received a response to this request for refund.

We understand that this is extremely annoying. Unfortunately, the link between us and the hotel turned out to be incorrect, which meant we had the wrong availability on the website. Unfortunately, you have been the victim of this. Our apologies!
We indeed see that the refund had not yet been processed. We have just processed this in our system for you. You can expect the payment in your account tomorrow.

Traveldeal has a lot to improve to regain my trust.

We made a booking on the website and paid. We were told the next day that the hotel is fully booked while it can still be booked on the website😔. Customer service could not say with certainty whether you will get your money back😬.
The website should give the actual situation if a trip or hotel is available or not.
If something went wrong with the booking, like my situation, do the utmost to satisfy your customers.
When something went wrong from the side of Traveldeal or partners give customers without any restriction their money back.

We understand that this is extremely annoying. Our apologies. Unfortunately, there appears to be an error in the link between us and the hotel. As a result, your booking could not go ahead and the availability is not correct on our website. To ensure that you do not accidentally book again for a date that is not available, we have informed you that we will check this and that the availability will be correct at a later time.

If you wish to cancel, you will of course receive the entire amount paid back. We apologize if one of our colleagues was not clear about this. We will investigate this further internally.
