Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs.
I booked my trip through them.... unfortunately the return flight got cancelled.
They have suggested that I liaise with their service provides (airlines etc) and deal with it myself!
Needless to say, they have refused to take any action, zero help.

Dear Justyna,
If your flight is canceled, you must indeed contact the airline yourself to make a claim for any additional costs incurred. This is because the payment is made directly between you and the airline, and we are not allowed to be involved.
If you cannot reach an agreement with the airline, you can always contact us. We can then support you where possible.
