Support has been nice and fixed a small problem with my subscription.

The idea is nice but by using the platform I really do see the meaning of beta. Here are the downfalls you might come across.
- General weirdness around futures closeout and roll over times(For example I picked MBT account from a dxfeed broker and it wouldn’t copy to rithmic because at the time they were using different front months)
- No way to choose to contract to copy to(ie Mini to micros)
- Connection drops randomly
- Missing previously imported contracts
- Only 1 Leader account allowed
- Getting the copy trade very wrong ( I typically trade NKD contracts and have used on platform before. I had two connections on dxfeed and two on rithmic. I set 1 dxfeed account as leader, 1 as follower, two rithmic accounts as follower. I created a buy limit order this worked fine on rithmic accounts but on dxfeed accounts with same prop firm it randomly created a buy market order on ZL a contract I had never used, opened, or imported as a result I lost close to half of my drawdown on an eval. When reaching out to support received blanket statement of « blah,blah, public beta » seem like a pretty major issue even in beta phase). I’ve seen random issues on dxfeed so I recommend sticking to tradovate and rithmic. I would not. I repeat would not use this on a live cash account. I enjoyed trader connect and duplikium though they don’t have as many brokers offered but a better track history in trade copying software. I plan to switch over when they do. My overall two cents is there is a lot to be desired here, simple mapping issues should be part of beta in my opinion. Would not recommend to friend

Chat Support is fast to reply. I have some minor glitches, but fortunately not anything that isn't working properly, just some positions that aren't showing in the dashboard, but they activate, sto,p and trade properly.

Honestly, this company is a game changer for me - saves me insane time and money as I trade multiple prop brokers at the same time (7 currently).

After i start a pro plan trail, i had a problem with the copy of the trades from the leader account to others. They ask me for a pdf file of the trades to see the problem, and after they understand whil we chatting They apologized to me and acted in a very professional manner, and they gave me one month of connection free of charge.
I definitely will stay with them, problems happen some times, but whene company knows take responsibility, its make them to a successful company!

The guys at Tadesyncer are absolutely first class. Their platform is fantastic with great and simple functionality and their support is amazing with quick responses any time there is an issue (which fortunately isn't often!) Worth every penny of the subscription fee.

I had a complex and frustrating situation with a third-party prop trading platform (not Tradesyncer’s fault) that resulted in lost time and money. From the start, Ivan and the Tradesyncer team were transparent, responsive, and genuinely helpful.

Ivan personally walked me through the logs, worked directly with Rithmic, and confirmed that Tradesyncer executed everything correctly. Even though the problem was outside their control, he stayed engaged and professional the entire time.

In the end, Tradesyncer refunded me for the months I had paid during the dispute — purely as a gesture of goodwill. This wasn’t something they were obligated to do, but it speaks volumes about their integrity and customer-first approach.

If you want a company that stands by its customers, communicates clearly, and acts with honesty even when it’s not “their problem,” Tradesyncer is the real deal.

This company is FANTASTIC. Any issue just contact them on their chatbox, get an answer and your issue resolved in 1-5 minutes you will be good. Want to Copy-Trade 10 accounts and make BANK consistently, use TradeSyncer, just check their twitter for updates and downtimes, and reviews are always amazing, every single big creator uses this to make Ms. This tool is CRUCIAL to traders that want to make 6+ figures a year. If you want to make a lot of money and have a reliable system to help you, go with TradeSyncer. Anyone that says otherwise are unprofitable clowns and don't make money at all.

Pretty good trade copier. They don't get all the same fills but gets the job done. Every now and then there is a glitch if one or two accounts don't read the closing fill and then i go and manually flatten it. Overall good and I have decided to use them for the multiple accounts I have. Great customer service on the website. They reply by quick.

So far I've had such a great experience with this software company, I had some issue today, and they already fixed it on a Sunday night. Everything runs so smoothly, I've traded directly from Tradingview to all my accounts, and from TopstepX to all my accounts as well. 100% recommend them I was a bit sketchy at first lowkey.

Main account in profit, all other ones that was copied in heavy minus. Faced these problems multiple of times. They are expensive and not doing job right. Not recommended

This is a sterile platform that only copies trades and doesn't execute take profit and stop loss orders. I didn't even complete a day of subscription and received an error stating my account was disconnected. They asked me to reconnect my accounts to fix the issue. For a trader, this is a waste of time. When I tried to cancel my subscription while I was still in the trial period, they told me they didn't offer refunds. I absolutely do not recommend using this platform.

Phenomenal customer service. The platform also works as it should, seamless execution across accounts. Highly recommend!

This company actively works on updating their info and data. It's like an all in one package for trade copier & journaling with a very user friendly experience.

This is by far the worst trade copier I’ve ever used. It’s full of bugs and doesn’t copy trades properly. In just one week, this issue has occurred three times!

The copier fails to execute "close" orders correctly. It only closes trades on the leader account, but completely ignores the remaining 9 out of 10 follower accounts, leaving them open and exposed.

This is unacceptable and has already caused significant losses. Please investigate and fix this issue immediately. Also I require prove of fixing issues!!!! Do not reccomend, please run away from this platform if you want to protect your bank and trades. Good Day!

Tradesyner failed to notify me of a system-wide outage they are experiencing, where the trade syncer does not exit positions if you're using Tradovate. When we contacted support, they said check the Discord... well, there are several issues with this. Firstly, the message was sent a few days late - traders have been experiencing this problem for days already. Secondly, many of us do not care for Discord. They should email me when there are serious problems, but for this message, which could have been detrimental to all my accounts, they chose Discord?! As a paying customer, I am very upset and strongly considering leaving. I know it could be a Tradovate issue, but their communication is unacceptable. THIS mistake could cost me my entire trading account!

Recently started using it. Loving the execution accuracy so far. Need many changes such as able to create few separate copy trade groups etc. Customer service experience was great too. Will comeback here and rewrite about my experience.
