Main account in profit, all other ones that was copied in heavy minus. Faced these problems multiple of times. They are expensive and not doing job right. Not recommended

Review of LOOKFANTASTIC
So far having worst customer experience ever. I have used prepaid label to return items and I succesfully did that. BUT the fun thing is they can't find it in their own warehouse. So now they asking me to give them slip with weight, address etc. I have used DHL service drop off where you don't get any slips and they are saying that they can't help me in this case. I hope my bank will have more brain than their customer support and refund me my money
