Survey done quickly after water leak. Quote received next day. Work started quickly. The two lads Nahal and Reese worked hard at it and were very polite and tidy. Everything was cleared up at end of each day.

Customer service excellent and team visited the next day to carry out roof repairs.
Very happy with the standard if work and follow up call.

Before getting in touch with Taylor Roofs, we had water pouring into our living room - not exactly the feature we were going for! From the initial quotation through to the guys turning up on the day, everything went smoothly. Communication with the office was spot on and the work itself was completed to a really high standard. We’re delighted with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Taylor Roofs to anyone needing roofing work done properly.

Received quote day after survey. Excellent! Accepted immediately. 3 weeks later guys arrived to do the work. They were polite friendly and thorough. Job completed and it looks great. They cleaned up every drop and left everything looking like new. Can't praise them enough. Everything was prompt, professional and I am so glad that I chose them. Highly recommend!

This company did work on my next door neighbours roof, and one of their number spent the entire time (days) shouting "Wahey!" every five to ten minutes like he was demented, and spitefully increased this behaviour for the entire time he was working, winding up the entire street, when the complaints were made. This 'member' also did this to all women walking by, or whenever I or others came out of our properties The other members were quiet, but did absolutely nothing to stop their team-mate from uttering his banal utterance.

After three days of this starting at 08:00 and continuing till they go home at 17:00, this has been a most unprofessional roofers I have experienced. They clearly do not give a damn about their image, provably don't care about causing a public nuisance, and lie at the drop of a hat claiming that individual was forced on them by the government as an excuse to refrain from censuring this individual for his rotten behaviour.

In fact the complaints, written and verbal, did nothing to stop them, and as they all let this individual continue, they are all responsible for this abusive behaviour which came out of the blue from the day they started work.

Do not use this company if you value your peace of mind - work noises, radio, all these can be expected and coped with, but this obviously sick person should not be allowed to wind-up everyone around him with his constant unsolicited, and deliberately spiteful "waheys".

Clearly this individual should not be working in public where he obviously gets his kicks out of causing a public nuisance, and so unprofessional, not even children behave like that!

We contacted Taylor Roofing as we wished to have the roof surveyed before the winter months and it was found we required some broken tiles replaced.
Greg & Daryl provided a very professional, efficient and friendly service informing us of all works being carried out and also clear up thereafter. We had a brand-new roof installed on both semi-detached properties, and the work was completed in eight days. The roofers were hardworking, friendly, and polite throughout. Communication from the office staff was clear and efficient. The work was thoroughly inspected upon completion and comes with a guarantee for both workmanship and materials.

From start to finish guys very professional ,taking pictures of work needed and taking time to explain what work will be done, even repaired a broken tile i had not noticed,giving explanation of work schedule. before and after completion.

Guys arrived on time and went about their work on time and finished in reasonable time.

The process from the initial quote, two flat roofs and new ridging, to job completion was seamless. Taylor roofing arranged for a skip delivery which ensured that our property was tidy at the end of their working day. The 3 men, led by Dean, were professional in their approach to the work that they were undertaking. All were extremely hard working, arriving early every morning which meant our agreed work was finished within 5days. Thank you.

It was agreed that Taylor Roofs would come in approximately 6 weeks after the deposit as they were waiting for the scaffolding to be erected.
A positive was that the scaffolding company arrived within 3 weeks and the Taylor Team a few days later, which was great.
The roof repair was carried out very professionally and the Team were really friendly and helpful. The only very slight disappointment was that while they repainted the wood repair at rear of the house they did not paint the front left, which was easier while the scaffolding was erected. The scaffolding took over a week to be dismantled.
This is a very, very minor criticism, and does not take anything away from the main repair which was excellent. They cleaned up everything before leaving.
I would definitely use them again. Thanks to the Team.
