The process from the initial quote, two flat roofs and new ridging, to job completion was seamless. Taylor roofing arranged for a skip delivery which ensured that our property was tidy at the end of their working day. The 3 men, led by Dean, were professional in their approach to the work that they were undertaking. All were extremely hard working, arriving early every morning which meant our agreed work was finished within 5days. Thank you.
There were a few issues which were highlighted to the office and dealt with the following day.

Poor delivery No delivery.. Flowers ordered for delivery on 23/05/24 due to a family bereavement. At the time of writing I have no idea where the flowers are as unable to track through Royal mail. Prestige customer service response…flowers marked as due for delivery on 23/05/24. Did they actually read my email concern!!!
