The chat platform used via Talkspace's app seems delayed with a slight lag in sending and receiving live time messages. There is no over the phone in the moment customer service or technical support. An online ticket has to be submitted to a third party company for addressing issues with the platform. Sometimes the audio calls during therapy sessions may have technical issues with the client not being able to hear the therapist.

They don't respond to emails or calls when there are issues with them not fully paying for items customers sent to them and saying the items were not included when they were.

I didn't notice too much of an improvement in my dark spots and the texture of my acne scarring after using the 2 bottles of the face wash and 2 bars of the soap. I found the soap to be a bit abrasive, drying, and irritating if used too much. Left skin feeling clean however with somewhat of a glow. The product did leave yellow stains on my wash cloth and other surfaces it came into contact with. The company would also not refund me for my dissatisfaction with the product.

Pricing was reasonable
