I hope yall don't listen to these good reviews because they have been paid for. The person that runs this is extremely unprofessional. They get angry over people using their referral program and will ban your account and not let you cash out your winnings. And if you say anything to their customer service you're getting cussed at. They banned an account wrongfully and instead of communicating professionally and attempting to solve the issue, they proceeded to use choice words and name call. I played with them bc they state on their site that payouts are now instant!! So I sent them 10 for the minimum pack and played a couple of newer games, won over 100, put in for redemption via crypto; this was 1:15 am. Payout not instant I guess, but this is the first time on there for me. I'll update when anything changes or wait a week to see if anything does. They have such a mixture of reviews on here.
UPDATE:: I was able to reach them on social media about 20 minutes ago and I've just received my redemption!!! Thank you Stackr!!
