Hey Brandon, there seems to be a confusion here. The promotion you're referring to was a mystery prize contest in which you have a chance to unlock 25 free spins. Check the email you received again and you will see it clearly states you have a chance to unlock 25 free spins- not that you automatically have 25 free spins. We do, however, give free spins all the time so be sure to check your email on a regular basis for those promotions. Thank you.
