I played with them bc they state on their site that payouts are now instant!! So I sent them 10 for the minimum pack and played a couple of newer games, won over 100, put in for redemption via crypto; this was 1:15 am. Payout not instant I guess, but this is the first time on there for me. I'll update when anything changes or wait a week to see if anything does. They have such a mixture of reviews on here.
UPDATE:: I was able to reach them on social media about 20 minutes ago and I've just received my redemption!!! Thank you Stackr!!

Not sure about this place. I won enough to cash out, went to verify, had issues separate from that, but was emailed saying I was fully verified. But still cannot redeem. Had a live chat button that really was only a bot, and that button has disappeared. Idk what's going on havent heard back but will update when something changes. UPDATE- I won over 400 here, never did cash out, waited over a week, and heard nothing back from them at all.

I have been verified at many other places, but everything since the first time with sumsub, and my account being created with my name spelled incorrectly which was their mistake, even after they corrected it, I am getting sorry we cant verify you error. I am completely legal and valid. I dint understand this at all. I've lost $75 at a place i won money at because I couldn't get verified.

I have been playing here for a couple months off and on and went to verify my account to redeem winnings, and the verification process failed, no reason why, I am verified at several others, no issues.

What a joke.
