This place is a joke and whoever they have fielding the P. R. office is a master at twisting words and redirecting attention. A couple months ago I made a couple purchases using Bitcoin and after making the second purchase I realized that dingdingding was significantly overcharging me by manipulating the value of Bitcoin. I have documented my interactions with dingdingding and I have screenshots of everything to add to it. I've been a loyal customer for several years and when I brought my problem to their attention they tried to blame it on my wallet or my payment processor. Unfortunately for them the transfer fees associated with making a crypto transaction have nothing to do with my grievance and if dingdingding wasn't doing anything nefarious then why have they not responded to the detailed emails I have provided them for over 2 months? I suggest that you do your research before making any purchases here and spend your hard earned money at a more reputable establishment.

The game selection is unmatched and the customer service is great... The only reason that I couldn't give dingdingding 5 starts is because of you use crypto to purchase anything through them they calculate the exchange rate of whatever crypto currency that you're using and it is always at least 15-20 percent more than you should be paying and when I notified the support team of this they directed me to email the department that deals with it. I did this several times and almost 2 months later and still no response.
