Not being treated fairly! Denying me access to benefits that I am entitled to.

I like Wow Vegas Casino and have left positive reviews in the past. Recently I was blocked from their chat room for violating ZERO rules. When discussing the casino and gameplay in the chat room with other players not every single experience is going to be favorable! I mean we are discussing casino gameplay where losing is just part of the process. I shared some innocent and honest comments with fellow players to see if anyone was having the same experiences as me. The MODs and their clique of faithful followers immediately ganged up on me and began to bully me!!!! This is not the first time this has happened and I have reported it to Wow several times. They began to belittle me for not being positive enough! Saying things like “maybe if you changed your attitude you would do better”! The chat room has devolved into a social media platform for several cliques of people to talk about anything but the casino or gameplay. They go on and on with inside jokes, inappropriate talk, sexual innuendos, political opinions, their day at work, etc. If anyone else adds a message they immediately get swarmed with sarcastic disrespectful comments from the clique (including the MOD). The MOD never spoke to me directly prior to blocking my access. Instead I was just cut off and blocked without warning. Now I am unable to access the daily free spins that I am entitled to just like every other member. I am a big supporter of Wow casino, login faithfully several times a day for gameplay, have top fan status, am a gold status VIP member and recommend them to other potential players. So far I have not been able to access the daily free spins for 9 days now! I wrote customer service concerning this and they have yet to respond. I can easily live without ever participating in the bullying cliques in the chat room everyday but I am entitled to the free daily spins that everyone else gets. I have invested thousands of dollars to reach my VIP status level and I only expect to receive what I am entitled to. Everyday that goes by is another day of free spins being unfairly denied to me!

PS: In case you are not aware, the link to the daily free spins is posted in the header of the chat room. That is why I cannot access them.

Customer service has been and is currently a nightmare!!!

Customer services response was very late, they implied that I was a liar and they provided no resolution to the problem again. I have numerous different problems currently submitted to customer service that they have not responded to or provided a fair resolution for. I have submitted numerous messages within the past month that have never even been responded to. I am currently extremely disappointed and quickly losing confidence in DingDingDing Casinos customer service department, business ethics, willingness to honor what they put in writing to their customers, honesty, integrity and any desire to make their customers happy or provide a fair gaming environment. I am on the edge of canceling my membership, filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and then submitting reviews every where possible in order to publicize the unacceptable, unethical, disrespectful and horrendous behavior that their customer service department has treated me with.

WOW Vegas Casino continues to impress with a few road bumps along the way

WOW Vegas Casino continues to be very innovative with their promotions. They have a strong and active presence on social media that allows serious players another avenue to interact with the site. Their game selection is top notch and their exclusive slots are the best. They seem to be growing faster than the staff can keep up with though. The customer service team has gone from very responsive and helpful to non responsive and automated messaging. The chat room was a great and helpful addition to the site but it has unfortunately devolved into weird cliques and an uncomfortable bullying atmosphere. They recently made some great improvements to their VIP Loyalty Program but it doesn’t appear that they are following through with the promises/commitments. They launched a campaign that would allow players who drastically were lowered in status to submit a form requesting their recent drop in status be returned to where they had earned the right to be at. I was very happy to see this and I immediately attempted to utilize it. I submitted the paperwork with a clear explanation of how I had invested so much into gameplay on their site that I had achieved Gold level status and was only 20% away from reaching Hosted status (which is their highest level), only to see my status level go from there to all the way back to the lowest level within a couple of weeks! The automated response to my submission stated it may take up to 72 hours to receive a response. About a month later (along with several inquiries) I received a message stating that my VIP Loyalty level status was going to be changed to the Silver level (which is a level BELOW Gold and requires a significant reinvestment in gameplay to simplify reach the entry point for Gold level). I responded to their message explaining again in detail how I had already just recently invested significantly to reach the level I was at and didn’t understand why I was not being reinstated anywhere near what I had already reached. That was over a week ago, I have not received any response and unfortunately I do not expect to receive a response (I do not even think that the message I took the time to put together will ever be read). I am a loyal customer who plays every single day, I am a Top Fan and I am an outspoken supporter of their casino with only the highest recommendations made to anyone regarding their site. It is a bit discouraging to be overlooked or dismissed amongst the highest of rollers and influx of new customers. I optimistically hope that the support staff and customer service team will eventually catch up to their rapid growth. Overall I still think that the WOW Vegas Online Social Casino is top notch amongst their competitors and I will remain a loyal player (who just so happened to take a hard hit, haha) who highly recommends them!

WOW’s assistance to the disabled

What’s makes my experience in being part of the WOW channel so good is that I am part of the channel followers that receive news and updates first (before most are publicly released on the site). I suffer from numerous severe mental health disorders from living and working 24/7 in the worlds most horrific active combat zones for over 15 years straight years. The more reminders I can receive and the more assistance I can receive is extremely valuable to me. You are probably not even aware of what you’re doing but I thank you WOW Online Social Casino for your assistance!

Great Casino but not without some shortcomings to fix

WOW Casino is my favorite online social casino because every day when I log in I am excited to see what is in store. They have consistent different great promotions, they provide great incentives for their players who are active on their site and social media and they offer consistent discounts on their coin packages. Their customer service can be problematic at times. They claim to stay extremely backed up and you normally don’t hear from them for over a week. They made some positive changes to their VIP program that I have been pushing for a while now. After the changes they offered players the opportunity to have their recent VIP status that they lost to be reinstated for good/valid reasons. I immediately submitted the paperwork to them with my detailed good (better than good)/valid reason to have my VIP status reinstated to Gold that was stripped from me practically overnight. It has been over a month with several reminder messages sent and I still have not received a reply or adjustment. The tab on their site for this has stated that my request was received and could take up to 72 hours to process. It has stated this since I submitted and over a month later it still states this. They have recently added bingo and their game selection is the best. I would recommend WOW Casino.

Nice Casino with potential but hasn’t lived up to other reputable sites yet

My experience so far is that the site has good game selection and a fair daily login rewards program. The online casino is set up nicely and easy to navigate. I have had some trouble with customer service providing resolution to a site malfunction in the past that cost me time and money. I wish the VIP program was better but so far it and the casino have yielded no appreciation or rewards for consistent customer gameplay and purchases. I have not ever received any incentives to continue doing business with this online social casino, to continue being a regular member, to continue making purchases or to continue moving more of my gameplay to their site.

I won 100SC in one of Modo’s social…

I won 100SC in one of Modo’s social media promotional contests. It was amazing. You have to play through the initial SC awarded before you can consider any options to make a withdrawal. I started out ok and won back about half the bonus SC. I continued to play and tried different games. In typical fashion (for me at least), I lost everything fairly quickly before I could even play through the complete 100SC reward in order to at least have the option to make a withdrawal (which I could really use right now). The gameplay was a lot of fun! My anxiety was on high alert, haha. I just couldn’t get anything on any of the other games I played to work out. I was super excited and grateful to have been rewarded the prize from Modo! On the other hand, I was super bummed out that I wasn’t able to capitalize on an opportunity that I RARELY get. Probably will never get an opportunity like that again. I just don’t know how certain people win all the time no matter what game they are playing. Modo is a great site and definitely legit. I would highly recommend them if you are considering a social casino. I just hope you are not a perpetual loser like I am. Thank you very much Modo for the opportunity! I will just toss it in my bag of life’s opportunities had but blown, haha.

One good experience and the 2nd not so much…..

My first experience selling to them I thought was great! I had over 100 items (games, consoles, controllers, accessories, cables, etc.). I submitted a list with a detailed description of each item including any condition issues. I thought their offer price was fair. Not GREAT but fair enough to allow me to sell everything to one buyer instead of individually. They made a slight price reduction after receiving my items but nothing that was blatantly ridiculous. They were patient with me in getting all those items packed up and had good prompt customer service. They’re a little stingy on sending out their prepaid shipping labels but with those many items I had no choice but to use 5 large boxes. They accept boxes up to 50 pounds a piece but it’s not very sensible to pile 50 pounds of items on top of sensitive delicate electronics. I was overall pleased with the transaction. About a week later I sent them a detailed list for about 12 vintage video games and they’re offer was much less appealing. I figured up that an offer of $35 would have been a rock bottom low price. Lower or even half the offer price from used sights. They only offered me $22? I was quite disappointed and decided not to proceed with the transaction. One of my games was even on their list of current games they were looking to buy in particular. I guess with everything in life it’s hit or miss.

I should have learned better from the first experience!

Twice I have sold items to Ozone. Both times the price they quoted me was severely cut short. The first time (8-5-22) we agreed on roughly $800 and I received $478 (this included an extra lot of about 100 mostly vintage video games and consoles that I naively accepted $60 for but now knowing better should have been offered at least 5 times that amount) so I figured “ok, they are EXTREMELY picky about condition” so my last selling transaction (1-31-23) I sent less items (I had to pay for shipping because my order was less than $100) that were all in good condition. One item (a Chewbacca Bobblehead I believe) had a little wear to the outer cardboard box. They cut the price by like 90% as well as cutting the price on some more items that should have been fine. People are selling you toys that are still in the unopened boxes but not directly off the Walmart shelf! A few minor imperfections due to handling are to be expected, not to mention some of the toys have quite a bit of age to them. I believe they should be a little more understanding when it comes to buying back unopened toys and not cut your money after they’ve received them. I would never have sent many of the items if I knew they were going to cut the price from $14 to $2 (for example). If you’re going to be that strict then you should buy your inventory already graded from a collectibles show and not the public or require photos of each item so you can give accurate pricing. Their barcode scanner on their App is convenient but is unable to scan 70% of items. I will definitely pick and choose very carefully what to agree to sell them in the future and probably even wait to receive email confirmation from photos on pricing prior to agreeing to the sale. They’re buyback arrangement is convenient but definitely has some shortcomings. I sent a similar amount (about 3 or 4 very large boxes) of toys to a competitor online buyer during my first order and did not receive anywhere close to the amount of price reductions. Plus the competitor was much more willing to offer buyback prices on all toys, not just the cream of the crop.

This transaction went smooth but the last didn’t and previous transactions have also not gone so smoothly!

This transaction went smooth. I only sent a few items and there were no deductions. In the past I’ve had severe deductions. For example, my last transaction I sent many DVDS and CDS. The entire transaction was rejected! I spent a lot of time and effort into that (scanning items, cleaning/replacing cases, cleaning discs in a professional machine, packing the items, shipping the box, etc.) only to get a zero return! Not even a reduced or partial offer. I would have been better off using a different buyer who pays a little less but honors their agreement. Next time I will have to explore other buyer options unless you can explain and change my mind? I have been using EagleSaver for a long time now and made many transactions with them. All of my transactions have had price deductions (which obviously didn’t/doesn’t make me happy) but the transactions were processed nonetheless. Can you help?
