No Customer Support
I placed an order for a bottle of wine for my husband as an Anniversary gift. The address loaded incorrectly, so I immediately sent an email. No response. I sent another email. No response. Telephoned. No answer just music playing. Put a note on their FB page. No response. Lost just under £50. So beware before you place an order with this company!

It's now May 23rd and have sent 6 emails . No response.
1 star is lowest I could go.
Had ordered from them before and received goods no problem.

Fictitious address
My wife ordered some wine on their website more than a week back but has not received anything yet. After all attempts to contact them failed, I decided to visit them at their given address ‘Kemp House, 160 City Road’, only to find an NHS facility at that address.
Please be wary of ordering from them.

I have no idea if this website is legit or a scam. I have placed an order a week back and when I call, the phone line goes on a musical hold for eternity. The chat contact is bugged and even their app once downloaded, states there’s some maintenance.
I have emailed them repeatedly but not heard from them. Pls avoid.
AVOID if you want what you order
The company sent me a different vintage of wine to the one I ordered. They have confirmed via email that they knowingly sent the wrong item but they didn't have the one I ordered in stock (the two wines are different prices and different links on their website). They are now refusing to refund me and collect the wrong items. Stay clear and buy from a company that delivers what you paid for.

I have been waiting one month for an order that supposedly should've arrived 2-7 days after ordering. I have received no replies from the several emails I have sent, asking for information about my order. All I have learned from UPS is that they never even received the item to deliver in the first place. I have been scammed. Would leave zero stars if I could.

i have been waiting for my delivery since 12.02.2024.
i was told that dhl would be delivering the parcel on my conformation email. and this would be delivered within 7 days.
however this turned out to be lies.
After chasing the company up for an update - spirits 24 told me that ups would now be delivering the parcel and that spirits 24 would be shipping my parcel on that day.
This turned out to be lies.
after chasing an update one more time spirits 24 told me that ups were having issues and that in fact they had not picked up my parcel and thus it was not out for delivery.
i then spoke to ups who assured me that they did not have any issues at all and that the reason that they had not picked up the parcel is that spirits 24 had not made the parcel available for collection.
so far at any point of contact with the spirits 24 team i have been subjected to Lies.
so far it has been proven that spirits 24 are in capable of telling the truth . The team working at this company are an absolute disgrace.

I’m still waiting for my delivery. It was estimated 21/02 and now it’s 02/03.
Missing delivery
Placed an order which hasn't been received on time for a birthday. Cannot get hold of anyone on the phone. No response to e mail. Very poor for an expensive gift.
Disappointed my order was not delivered late…
Delivery date on the order form clearly stated by 31Jan-2 Feb not an estimated date) so I placed my order on 26/1, paying a £25 delivery charge on top of £167 for a bottle of Beluga vodka as a birthday gift for a friend on 5 Feb. It didn’t turn up on time, and the delivery company online tracking number showed they hadn’t even received it, which meant I could not give it to my friend at his birthday party. I sent spirits.co.uk a chasing email and received a prompt and polite reply saying the package was going through customs clearance and therefore it was out of their hands. It arrived on the evening of 6 Feb. On the order form it was not made clear that spirits.co.uk would be shipping from overseas and I would not have ordered from them had I known this. I don’t believe it is good practice to give customers a firm ‘delivery by’ date if it cannot be honoured.

Found a wine I liked and placed my order for 3 bottles. Wanted 6 but their website stated that no more than 3 were in stock, so ordered them.
Payment made, auto emails received.
Then 2 days later I get an auto email to say my order has been cancelled because they have none of it in stock. Note this is an auto email, no email of apologies or anything.
I emailed Customer Service to see if they had the same wine in another year and they recommended something else. Still no apologies for taking an order that they couldnt fill.
I wont shop here again.

Update the response from the company indicates that they take this very seriously, however I still have not had a replacement or a refund and we're now in February. I message approximately twice a week, I email as well and I get no response. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
Never got the order some moron left it in a porch and clearly someone has nicked it... Why leave alcohol on a step, it has to be handed to someone over 21 for gods sake. Reported it and they have taken a month to do nothing.... Never use them again

This company is atrocious
This company is atrocious - I have tried to call them a number of times ending up hanging up after 45-50 mins wait, I ordered £600.00 worth of goods which haven’t arrived at the time of writing 27th January 2024. I have emailed too but not even had an acknowledgement from this enquiry!
Do not buy products from Spirits24
I ordered a bottle of vodka in mid December in anticipation of Christmas. I wanted a specific item so was frustrated to have to pay an inflated retail price with a £25 delivery charge. I finally received my delivery on January 4th and was disappointed once again to find the wrong item had been delivered.
Communication from the aftercare team was inconsistent and poor.
I was eventually contacted and given a choice of replacing the incorrect item or a measly discount off a new order. I chose to receive the item I had originally ordered. Despite numerous attempts on my behalf to get a confirmed delivery date. I was contacted a week later to say I was being refunded without any consultation.
I struggle to find anything positive to write about Spirits24 and would advise everyone to avoid using them

Awful company ordered an item 21st December 2023 still not here 5th Jan 2024. I've emailed and messaged and I've not had one response, not even an acknowledgement. They have the nerve to charge 25 quid delivery charge... 2 to 6 days my order stated then 5 to seven the delivery company haven't even had my parcel yet... Next step email the ceo if there is one don't use avoid spirits24 they aren't even cheap 🤷
