Awful. Have no idea what customer service is.

So, if you’re thinking to moving from Sky because they are expensive, don’t. I’m a month in and it’s been misery. Should have stayed with Sky, might well kick this lot out and go back to them. At least with expensive sky, you get customer support.
Got installed fine. Broadband works fine. Nowhere near the 2gb advertised, but that’s another story.
Trying to add channels to subscription, impossible. Spend 30mins on a support line that no-one answers, only to be cut off in the end.
Stay with Sky, or whoever you’re with. I’ll be moving back there as soon as I get shot or these hookigans:

Incredible programme from an incredjbly knowledgeable trainer.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about David, or his program. Indeed the program at a slightly different point, having already lost significant weight, my goal was to build some muscle and lose some fat.
David is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and giving with his time and I can honestly say that my time spent on his programme has changed my life. My attitude to food and my body’s fuel needs has shifted completely
If you’re thinking of getting a trainer or starting a programme, stop right here and sign up with David. Like me, you’ll look back and be thankful you did.

Cons:
I’ve been waiting on an order for 5 weeks.
Customer service were awful you’re unhelpful and borderline rude when I looked for updates. (Thankfully the last person I contacted has been better)

Amazing service - great customer service

Amazing service. This company seems to go above and beyond for their customers.
I had an issue with my first order, no fault of the company. Ordered my 2nd order and they sent overnight express to avoid the issues I had the first time around.
They were also incredibly helpful and responsive to queries.
Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Rubbish Service.

Rubbish Service.
Found a wine I liked and placed my order for 3 bottles. Wanted 6 but their website stated that no more than 3 were in stock, so ordered them.
Payment made, auto emails received.
Then 2 days later I get an auto email to say my order has been cancelled because they have none of it in stock. Note this is an auto email, no email of apologies or anything.
I emailed Customer Service to see if they had the same wine in another year and they recommended something else. Still no apologies for taking an order that they couldnt fill.
I wont shop here again.

Rubbish Customer Service from a company that charges too much to slowly deliver.

Rubbish. Over charge. Slow deliveries. If you run into issues with the delivery, or the food they deliver, they don’t deal with it.
I ordered McDonald’s, cost €20 for a 6nugget meal with a McFlurry. Way overpriced
When it arrived, a massive spider crawled out of the food, obviously putting my kid off his food. We removed the spider, dumped it outside and dumped the food. Then complained, not looking for a refund, just wanting to air the issue.
WhatsForDinner wouldn’t even listed without the food and spider being collected and returned to the restaurant. WTH?
Told them to get lost. Won’t use this over priced rubbish service again.

Great idea, Great Service, Awful Scents.

I loved their website and service. Ordered Friday, arrived Monday. Great idea. Good price.
But, and here’s where the problem is: the fragrances are awful. ‘Like Tom Ford’, is not like Tom Ford. It’s an unpleasant scent. I had to shower a second time to get rid of it.

Paid for a parcel to be collected and delivered. No-one turned up. They refuse to answer emails. They don’t answer their own support WhatsApp line.
Avoid this company at all costs. They are ripping people off.
It seems their M.O. now is to comment here that I should email them at their Fastway support address.
Well don’t bother, I’ve already done that. I’ve emailed repeatedly. It would be more admirable if you just came on and admitted you’d ripped me off.

Shocking customer service since very…

Shocking customer service since very took over from littlewoods.
I’ve had 2 dealings with very since the takeover.
1. I purchased an expensive item for my son for Christmas.The delivery date came and went and it never arrived. I contacted customer service who told me they were returning it to the warehouse and would credit me for it in 28days. I explained that this was of non use to me and was told that if I wanted the item, I would have to order it again.
Having this item on my account twice, would push me well over my credit limit.
They didn’t care.
I ordered it somewhere else.

2. I ordered an item, paid for express delivery, due to be with me in 3 days. It didn’t arrive. I asked customer service, who refused to refund the charge for express delivery, despite it being delivered at normal speed.

My advice to anyone thinking of using very; Don’t. They are awful now. I’ll be closing my account.

False advertising - looking for more money after sale has been made!

False advertising. My prescription is perfectly standard and has been produced by similar glasses sites in the past without issue. Select specs advertise that they can sell glasses with lenses for a certain price, then after I’ve purchased, decide to email me looking for more money.

Our prices are subject to the selected frame, lenses and your prescription. On rare occasions a prescription may not be suitable for the lenses we offer hence we need to order custom lenses to suit the requirements of the customer - this will of course incur an additional charge. We do however give the customer the opportunity to amend their order to avoid any additional charges.

Website claims to show the VIN number in the report, but doesnt. Ripped off.
Gave it 2 starts because the service was simple to use and the rest of the info was relatively useful.

Great company to deal with. Ordered prescription sunglasses and didn’t expect much for the price. They arrived to Ireland very quickly and they are perfect. Great quality item. Very well packaged.

They openly lie about delivery times, using the cheapest service available.

This is one of those times when 1 star is too much.
This is not an Irish company, operating in and shipping from Ireland. It’s a Dutch company with an Irish domain. They claim that they will deliver your item in 2-3 working days, but then ship by UPS’s slowest method and it takes a week.

Yes the shipping is free on items over a certain value, but I’d rather pay for shipping and have my item on time than use a slow free service that will deliver it late.

Lies about delivery times are at the very heart of customer service. Avoid this company.

Disappointing experience. Bought Item marked as in stock. Later told out of stock.

Disappointing to have shopped on this website and found an item I was looking for, to then be told 2 days later when I enquired where my item was, that it was out of stock and should not have been listed.
On the plus side, they issued a refund quite quickly.

Worst virtual UK address service available. Use at your peril.

I’ve used several virtual address services over the years, DPD parcel wizard and their uk virtual address service is the worst yet. I’ve had several parcels go missing, usually the more expensive not well wrapped items. After kicking up a fuss they sometimes show up, sometimes they don’t. There appears to be no accountability for parcels, no responsibility for lost items and absolutely zero customer service.
Aboid this awful service at all costs.

2nd bad experience in a row from these. Bad attitude. Bad Delivery. Avoid.

I suggest not ordering from MicksGarage. I'd had a bad experience from them previously but decided to try again. A decision I now regret. Everything that was good about MicksGarage is now gone, service is awful and delivery is horrendous. Avoid for your own sake. I'll be paying a little more in my local car parts store, but at least the service will be good and I'll actually get what I'm looking for.
I ordered car parts, mats and wipers for my gf's car and heard nothing. no email. no calls. After 2 weeks, I called to see what was happening with the order and I was met with a very bad attitude.Turns out part of my order wasn't in stock and wouldn't be for another 2 weeks. They hadn't bothered to send out the 2nd part of my order, and couldn't explain why. They didn't apologise and have been awful to deal with. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Brilliant.

Have had great experiences with littlewoods, always delivered and return service is fantastic.
Recently my partner was in hospital and i was expecting a delivery the day she got admitted,our driver left it in a storage unit beside the front door, but when I got home, the unit was open and the item was gone. I contacted littlewoods and the support person was brilliant, she sorted the issue within minutes.
I ended up buying the item elsewhere as I couldn't wait another week for delivery but the service from littlewoods support has ensured I'll be a long time customer.
Brilliant service.

Started well, but advise you to steer clear. They throttle speeds.

updated at the bottom. Started well, the changeover process from virgin was good, very easy and seamless. Moved quickly too. Broadband installed and got good speeds, around 80mbps download. Despite being sold as upto 1gb, I was happy.
Fast forward 3 months and it suddenly drops down to less than 20mbps, usually coming in at about 14-18mbps. Response time was awful as well. So I contacted Pure Telecom and had a call from their Tech Support a few days later. The guy on the phone clearly didn't know what he was talking about and wanted to try and confuse me.

After rattling on for ten minutes he made a 'setting change' to my account which would dial my speed back up. It's now coming in around 48-50mbps now, which I'm okay with. But it irks me that they clearly have some sort of a throttling plan in place, initially letting you have full speed, then dropping you back to a low level speed after a period of time in the hopes you don't notice.

My advice is to avoid them, any company who works like this and have Tech Support people like this, are trouble.

Update:
Shortly after posting this review, their tech support person called me asking if I had proof in the form of screenshots that I had done speed tests and that the speeds were good before. When I explained that I wouldn't take screenshots of a speed test as I'd expected the speed to be good and didn't think I needed proof, she retorted that the speeds couldn't have been that good as they never set my account to be that fast. I replied that id been sold speeds of up to 1gb, she then said I couldn't have been sold that and inferred again that I was lying.

As sorry as I was before to be a customer of pure telecom, I'm even more sorry now. I've actually considered paying them off for the remainder of my contract, just to be away from them.
