Making someone redeem because a change of circumstances..

Well what a company, sarcasm detected.. Buy yo let mortgage 5 yrs then onto the standard variable rate. Got cancer split up with a partner rented a room for a year and then got my Tennant out so I could move back after 5 years fixed BTL rate was over l. Apparently having cancer and having to move back into your home is a breech... They want me to pay off 40k mortgage just like that... OK well I'll tell you what I'm not paying it, I'll continue to pay my mortgage amount and refuse to leave just like my tenant did... If you were a decent company you would offer to change the mortgage product. Clearly you aren't a decent company. You have already had to pay me for a complaint because you're incompetent. Let's see how this pans out shall we

Alcohol left on step not handed to someone over 21

Update the response from the company indicates that they take this very seriously, however I still have not had a replacement or a refund and we're now in February. I message approximately twice a week, I email as well and I get no response. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS


Never got the order some moron left it in a porch and clearly someone has nicked it... Why leave alcohol on a step, it has to be handed to someone over 21 for gods sake. Reported it and they have taken a month to do nothing.... Never use them again
