I ordered a chaise in November 2021 and was told it would be delivered in the new year but still no delivery . I’ve emailed them several times and received email responses from Phatrica saying she would update me on my order but still nothing and now I get an automated response and the website is down! I want a refund you ABSOLUTE FRAUDSTERS 😡

Please allow me to sincerely apologise to hear you have experienced issues with the order you kindly placed with Luxury Home Furniture Ltd T/A Shabby. Regrettably, they have gone into administration and have been advised to suspend trading at this time.
This is now under new ownership by The Rug Seller and we are excited to continue trading which we are hoping to begin from the 1st April approximately.
Unfortunately, we are unable to answer, view or action any enquiries regarding existing or previous orders as we do not have the facilities to locate these details. You may have received an email previously advising of the administration of the company and who to contact regarding any unresolved queries.
