I ordered a mirror which I then returned in December. I have since been chasing a credit note. It is now March. My emails either aren’t replied to or their returns department are in the process of issuing it. This is appalling service

Please allow me to sincerely apologise to hear you have experienced issues with the order you kindly placed with Luxury Home Furniture Ltd T/A Shabby. Regrettably they have gone into administration and have been advised to suspend trading at this time.
This is now under new ownership by The Rug Seller and we are excited to continue trading which we are hoping to begin from the 1st April approximately.
