Prospect is easily -100*, Sam 5*

Sam is literally the only reason I'm reviewing, the single 5* I can give for prospect who if he didn't work there would be a -10000*
I have been in the trade myself and this is the worst builder with the worst customer service out there! (kirsty only knows how to lie)
Sorry Sam, a lovely guy working for a terrible company

Re Best we've ever used

Shockingly good! I expected a delay somewhere as nothing runs smooth when flying but parking yard was simple to find, secure and transport to terminal was 5 mins after we arrived. On the return we called as soon as we had signal off the plane, with no checked bags I expected to wait but the driver was there waiting for us. He called at another terminal to drop someone their bag who left it on the bus earlier then returned us to our car which had the boot open ready to load our bags!! Awesome! Great job guys we will 100% use again

This company knew what they were doing, still taking orders knowing the company was in the process of liquidation THIEVES!! Disgusting behaviour

Please allow me to sincerely apologise to hear you have experienced issues with the order you kindly placed with Luxury Home Furniture Ltd T/A Shabby. Regrettably, they have gone into administration and have been advised to suspend trading at this time.
This is now under new ownership by The Rug Seller and we are excited to continue trading which we are hoping to begin from the 1st April approximately.
