Omg..Well worth the wait!

Christian and philip were fabulous. Polite and courteous. They bought in my sofas and set them up. Lovely guys. Their manager should be proud of them!
Oh and the sofas are beautiful.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER KITCHEN

If I could I'd give Wicks minus 10! Ordered a kitchen online, but they sent the wrong coloured doors so I emailed them, online chat and called them 4 times. They seem to have some bizarre policy that only the billpayer can discuss anything. My husband was away and they would not talk to me until he gave authorisation it was like talking to a bank! Useless customer services, can't speak to a manager to raise a complaint. It's been 3 weeks now and they now say they haven't received emails which I have copies of, everything is such a drama! Awful awful service... never will use them again.

Hi Tyba, thank you for taking the time to leave your review. For security reasons we do need to speak with the person on the billing details of the order as this is who has paid for the order. In order for us to discuss the order with anyone who is not the named billing account holder, we do require permission to discuss the orders status from the billing account holder. FRAUDSTERS

I ordered a chaise in November 2021 and was promised it would be delivered before Christmas but nothing came. I emailed them 7x and received email responses from Phatrica saying she would update me on my order but nothing still....it is February 2022 and now I get an automated response and the website is down! I want a refund! Don't bother buying from celeb endorsed Insta shops!

Please allow me to sincerely apologise to hear you have experienced issues with the order you kindly placed with Luxury Home Furniture Ltd T/A Shabby. Regrettably, they have gone into administration and have been advised to suspend trading at this time.
This is now under new ownership by The Rug Seller and we are excited to continue trading which we are hoping to begin from the 1st April approximately.
